Why the Owner Chose Gulf Highlands
Panama City Beach, has always been the place to go if you like the ocean, and want to have fun in the sun. It is only 2.5 hours from my home, so I can go more often, and make many fond memories there with my children and grand children. I love Gulf Highlands, it is a cottage near the sea. You can be at the ocean, and then go back to a very relaxed atmosphere in the townhouse, where you have a nice quiet place, like being at home I know a lot of the other owners, and love the ones who live there all of the time, it is a stable environment, where you can get to know your neighbors, yet they never bother you when you want your privacy.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
You have privacy, your own patio with your own gas grill with tables and chairs to enjoy eating outside with the great sea breeze. I love being able to look over at the tall new condos, and being thankful that I am in a much more relaxed place, where I park at my front door, walk out to the pool infront of my unit, which is one of the heated pools for the cooler months, I can take a stroll over to the ocean, or just stroll through the complex and enjoy the beautiful flowers and trees, or stop by the 18 hole putt-putt course for a little game of golf, or play a little tennis. The people are always friendly, and ready to assist you if you need information or help. I can walk to the Super Wal mart, the post office, the Edgewater Shopping Mall, with a huge game room, skating, pool tables, and restaurants, and always stop by on the way back for an ice cream, on a hot summer day.

I have always loved the ocean. The waves remind me of life, coming and going, and always changing. This photo is my grandson, enjoying the beautiful white sand. The ocean was so beautiful on this day, the waves were great for surfers.
