Updated kitchen in 2009 to include NEW stainless steel and granite. This is one of the most desirable and comfortable four bedroom homes in all of Palmetto Dunes. It always books quickly! Large and spacious, over 3500 square feet of luxury and the finest of furnishings, awaits your families next beach vacation. Do you like to go on vacation with multiple families, but still enjoy your space? Here it is.
Enter into the huge, two story great room with three ceiling fans and a 42 inch plasma TV with DVD and VCR. Fashionably furnished with two full sofas(one a sleeper), two swivel chairs and cocktail table this room is set up for entertaining at its finest. Two sets of French doors lead from this room out to the deck and pool area. There is also a large den for additional seating. The den has sleeper sofa, comfy chair and a 30 inch TV/VCR wrapped in an armoire. In the dining area you will find more exquisite furniture including a glass dining table and seating for eight.
The "Eat in Gourmet Kitchen" updated in 2009 is to die for. It
is updated with 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators, Bosch cook top and more. It is set up for those large group gatherings. It also has bar seating, a large table chairs , and another TV next to the computer desk.
The master suite is located on the first level. It has a king-size bed, TV, and a large private bath. The master bath has a walk up jetted tub and separate shower. Also on the 1st level is a den with a pull out sleeper. On the second level you will find the other three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king beds, TV and both have their own private outdoor balcony over looking the pool. The last bedroom has two twin beds and a TV/VCR.
Saving the best for last, is the pool, deck, and outdoor entertainment area. The large deck stretches the entire length of the house, on the deck you will find four Lexington brand outdoor chairs, gas grill, and wrought iron table and chairs with umbrella.
Down a few steps from the deck is the heated* pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower. There is plenty of furniture for relaxing, as well as a swing and gazebo to enjoy along side the pool.
This is a great beach house, set up for a large group or family, and it is waiting for you!

Great house as close to the ocean as advertised. As mentioned in one of the earlier reviews, the reason one rents this house is the outdoor living area around the pool and separate hot tub. Huge deck, plenty of chairs both on the deck and around the pool. We spent most of our time at the house out back. Owner was very easy to work with. Since other homes we have rented have had shaded pools, I thought we might need to pay extra to heat the pool (which was an option), but the owner talked me out of it. I appreciated that. I would absolutely rent this house again and recommend it to anyone else coming to Palmetto Dunes.
Recommended for:Families with young children.

Very nice house!! We had a great week. This house made our vacation one of our best. Soo close to the beach- very short walk with convenient access to the beach path. Very nice pool with hot tub. House has a very large deck to relax on. Landscaping provides a lot of privacy- feels like your own little paradise. Large open floor plan on the main level- great for families of all sizes. Large bedrooms. Great kitchen. Very Clean!! One of best houses we've stayed at in Hilton Head. Will definitely come back and stay at this house.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I recently stayed in this home and can't wait to go back! The location in Palmetto Dunes is perfect! Just a few steps to the magnificent beach! The pool area and outdoor deck are incredible! This is the perfect place for a family vacation! I couldn't imagine anything any better. The owner was very nice to deal with and was very accommodating. It was a pleasure!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Very nice beach house, large and furnished nicely. A short paved walk to the beach. Outdoor space is special, with more chairs and loungers than any other house we've been in. Nice size pool and separete hot tub. Stayed for 10 days and will consider again.
