Eagles Overlook Townhomes are ideally situated above the Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course with breathtaking views of the entire Yampa Valley. Relax on one of the two large decks and soak it all in. Not a single detail was missed with this townhome, the furnishings, decor and amenities are top notch. The main living area features a gas fireplace, fine furniture, high vaulted ceilings and a flat screen television. In the kitchen you'll find all stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and bar which will seat a total of four people plus another ten at the dining room table. There is plenty of room for everyone with a second living room and a media room featuring a state of the art projector and surround sound. There are four bedrooms in the townhome with one king beds, one queen beds, a twin-sized bunk bed plus an additional twin bed, and a queen sized sleeper sofa. Pioneer Ridge manages 4 townhouses at Eagles Overlook. If this one is not available call us to see if one of the others is. This property has shuttle service during the winter months.
