Birchwood is a newly built Adirondack style chalet located eight miles away from Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort and minutes away from Town Beach, Ausable River and Lake Placid.
Main floor features cathedral ceilings great room with large stone fireplace next to a fully equipped open concept eat-in kitchen with patio doors leading to wrap-around elevated deck.
Master bedroom with king size bed and master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Heated tile floors in Kitchen and Master Bathroom.
Second floor has two bedrooms; one with queen bed and one with two twin beds and pull-out sofa. There is also a nice full size bathroom to complement this floor.
All rooms with spacious closets (master bedroom has walk-in closet) to make longer stays more comfortable.
Washer & dryer located in the basement away from traffic areas.
All appliances are brand new and stainless steel.
