You will enjoy having sun-dappled breakfasts on our private patio overlooking the large community swimming pool and spa. Lots of palm trees and landscaping create an inviting setting. In the evening, enjoy magnificent sunsets over the mountains from both bedrooms. A private, fenced patio off the second bedroom offers a quiet place to read or relax.
Our furniture and appliances are newer and in excellent condition. Both bedrooms have a queen-sized bed. The bed in the second bedroom is a comfortable, pull-down Murphy bed--during the daytime, just close it up and the room becomes a cozy den for watching TV or DVD movies from side-by-side theater-style recliners. Bring your Wi-Fi laptop and enjoy surfing the Internet or checking your e-mail.
Washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit. Smoking is permitted only on the outdoor patios. Pets are not permitted. ONE-MONTH MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD.

Year Purchased: 2004
We are a semi-retired male couple together since 1983. Since 2004 we have spent most of the year in our home in Minden, Nevada with our Maltese dog, Kirby. Dick works part-time as a limo and bus driver for Harrah's at Lake Tahoe. Dave is a freelance editor, condo rental manager, and local volunteer. In the winter we live in Palm Springs, California, where we enjoy the weather and the wide selection of great restaurants.
Why the Owner Chose Palm Villas
We have friends who've owned a condo in Palm Villas since 2000, so we decided in 2004 to buy a condo near them, which we rent out in the winter while we stay in our friends' condo. It's a great arrangement, and we have enjoyed meeting many new people. We also like the location - it's very convenient to everything in the Coachella Valley.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
More than anything, we like sitting on our front patio and enjoying breakfast or lunch or playing cards. The community pool and spa are within view, surrounded by tall palm trees. We often have friends over, and our living room and dining room can seat six comfortably. In the evenings when we're home alone we usually have our dinner in the guest bedroom/den, where we can eat while watching TV in the comfortable side-by-side theater-style recliners. After dinner we often pop a Netflix movie in the DVD player. This condo is a great place to relax and unwind.
