  This place was perfect for our group of five females celebrating a Bride-to-be. The carriage house was clean and perfect for the five of us. There were two full bathrooms and we never had an issue with running out of hot water, nor did we have any other issues. The Queen Sized Beds were very comfortable and so was the Sofa Sleeper. There were no neighborhood issues. It was so peaceful and quiet. My friend even tried out a tub with the jets, and she loved it. Two of us Sat in the courtyard to relax before one of our big evenings. The birds made it so peaceful and serene. Perfect walking distance to the shops on Broughton, City Market, and River street. Restaurants well within reach, especially Pirates' House not even a block from the carriage house. There was no need for our car, except to go to Kroger and that was less than a 5 minute drive, but we were accommodated with a garage opener and a garage to park our car. If you think about it, this saved money too because we had an awesome fridge to hold snack foods and we didn't have to go out and eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, whereas a hotel, you would. You would also not have any room to sit at a table and chat with good friends. We needed an extra fitted sheet for the pull-out sofa, and was given that immediately. I also like that there is no going somewhere else to check in. You grab the key right there at the door. Im going to recommend this place to anyone who mentions they would like to go to Savannah. So worth the money put into this spectacular place. Loved Vic's on the River, Rocks on the River, Pirates' House, J.Christopher's for breakfast... Thoroughly enjoyed shopping areas on Broughton. Beautiful Shops with reasonable clothing Prices...Red Clover, Fabrique Clubs-Club 51 was cool. It had THREE levels of different songs playing. Enjoyed Mojo's Junk Joint for some karaoke and drinks. Savannah Smiles is a must if you love Dueling Pianos and music. We all seriously had a blast. THANK YOU for being available within a month of planning. Will totally plan to come again.

  We found this place all it was promised. For starters, there were four of us total. We came from Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and Georgia. We went to Tybee, Hilton Head, and South Carolina. We had such a great time and enjoyed our condo. We loved it so much we are really considering about moving here. Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your home. All in all we had a good time. Thanks.

  A beautiful home! We were very lucky to be able to stay at this cozy, beautifully decorated and peaceful home during our family’s reunion. The carriage house location is great to all the area has to offer. We felt at home with a full kitchen, washer / dryer, comfortable bedding, internet access and cable TV. The house is extremely clean and everything you need is there. The decorating is amazing and well done. This home just added a little extra to our special memory.

  I'm sitting in this delightful apartment writing this review. We reluctantly check out tomorrow to go home. I'm pleased to say that the carriage house apartment is exactly as described and pictured. The decor is lovely and it does feel luxurious. The beds are very comfortable and everything is very clean. Having the garage parking space for our car is a real bonus - parking in Savannah can be a challenge. The car stayed parked inside almost the whole time as we walked everywhere or picked up the free shuttle bus that runs through the historic district - there is a bus stop just a block away by the Pirate's House restaurant - a real bonus. Although the entrance is on a lane/alley, it is very well lit and we never felt unsafe walking back after 10 pm. Since it is off the main roads it's very quiet when sleeping off your exhaustion from waliking all over Savannah all day! Upon our arrival we had a very minor problem with the garage door remote control and with a brief phone call, they had their maintenance man out the next morning to solve the problem. I also appreciated having a washer and dryer. And there is a grocery store just a short drive away - you could even walk to it - but who wants to carry grocery bags for a half mile or so. I would not hesitate to stay here again on a return trip.

  WE LOVE THIS HOUSE!! What a great place....no reason to stay at a hotel with this carriage house available. Jacuzzi, nice beds, wood floors...my girlfriend and I had the amazing weekend, with the condo being one of the best parts. All the while we explored Savannah, we had this comfy and welcoming home away from home to return to each evening. The house is within walking distance from every sight we visited in the Historic District. Again, DO NOT stay in a hotel without calling owners first. You won't be sorry....

  I can't say enough good things about our experience last weekend. My friend and I took our girlfriends to Savannah for the weekend and were extremely pleased with Washington Square Carriage House. Although not physically present, the owners made us feel like true guests in their home. The house is extremely nice, clean and fully-equipped. The location is excellent, just a block from the River Street and a number of bars and restaurants. I never plan to stay at another hotel in Savannah as long as the Luxury Living Houses/Suites are available!

  The location is easy walking distance to all atractions, the property is well furnished and maintained and exactly as advertised. Stayed in the carriage house and it is exactly as the web site shows. We had 2 couples in the house and I don't believe we could have done any better on a place to stay....especially for the price. Thank you.

  My friend and I spent 3 nights at this beautiful and well appointed home. The home was spotless and included everything that might be needed for few night or a week. The owners were VERY helpful for all of our needs.The setting is absolutely gorgeous. I would love to return with my husband in the fall to this special place.
