Why the Owner Chose Virginia Beach
This cottage has been in my family for many years and my parents lived in it all summer every year. When I inherited the cottage I modernized it as far as heat/central A/C, new kitchen,plumbing and electricity but retained the old charm of a Virginia Beach "cottage".

This cottage is located in the North End of Virginia Beach,considered my many to be the premier location for resort property. It is strictly residential with only single family or 2 family properties. This house is OCEAN SIDE.
