Two story beach "cottage" with large screen porch, upstairs deck, living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen and attached garage. The four bedrooms and two full baths are all upstairs. There is a half bath downstairs plus 2 additional showers. The house is fully furnished and well equipped. 100 feet to walkway at the end of the street to a wide beach. Atlantic Ocean is only 200 feet away from the front yard.You do not have to cross a street to get to the beach. This is OCEAN SIDE.
The house is located at 111 73rd. Street in the middle of a block of 7 homes on the north side of the street. The house has a large yard and 2 additional enclosed outside showers with hot and cold water for washing off after a swim. There is also a set of outside stairs as well as the ones inside. Located in a quiet residential area but just three miles from the commercial resort area. Additional photographs and information on request.

This cottage has been in my family for many years and my parents lived in it all summer every year. When I inherited the cottage I modernized it as far as heat/central A/C, new kitchen,plumbing and electricity but retained the old charm of a Virginia Beach "cottage".
