The name says it all. This five-bedroom beauty is as close to the river as the law and nature will allow, and overlooks one of the best beaches on the lower Russian River. With a large, gracious living/dining area, huge deck, bbq/hot tub patio, and spacious back yard, this is the perfect vacation home for a family or larger group.
Beach House has five bedrooms a california king in the master suite, a queen-size, double and twin bunk beds in the other three upstairs bedrooms, and a twin daybed in the downstairs bedroom. The custom-made sofa in the living room can also sleep one person.
From layout to décor, the Beach House is gracious and tasteful. There is a nice 27-inch TV in the armoire, and the dining table seats twelve people. And the windows look out onto the deck, and beyond that, the river. The whole house is oriented toward the river and morning sun. There is a 16 x 24 deck, which is very big.
Everything on the river side of the house is drenched in sunlight all morning. The large fenced-in garden is perfect for napping, picnicking, or playing with your kids and/or dog. There are about a dozen fruit trees providing you with free food in the summer.
