The Brookings Beach House is a wonderful vacation rental home in Brookings, Oregon. A 2700+ square foot cottage style home with all of the amenities one would expect. Just added Back yard Gazebo for

2 Master Bedrooms... Available are a full kitchen, and a mini bar Upstairs, 2 Bathrooms 1 with a Jacuzzi tub, four bedrooms, Library, Dining room, 2 TV Rooms and a huge living room. DSL/Computer Workstation with Color Printer, Wireless Internet. Also available are high speed internet (cable modem), Direct TV with over 148 channels and a video library with over 250 videos and DVD's.

Additional 32" TV/VCR upstairs, The den has a nice stereo listening area with comfortable couches, chairs, and a lovely dining area. Huge video library w/over 250 videos. We just purchased a new Pinball Machine, fooseball table, Air Hockey Table and Dart board for the game room.

There is a beautiful deck off the back with 2 barbecues all ready for a family get together. This home sits on a third of an acre and is completely fenced. There is plenty of parking inside the yard for your RV. Tons of clean toys and games for children and adults.

The house has just been updated and features all new smoke detectors, Washer and Dryer, locks, fire extinguishers, paint, wood floors, and furniture throughout. Free DSL/internet access. Fenced yard movies and DVD's.

  • Three generations thought your house was great. There was enough space for our grandparents to find a quit space for themselves, us grandchildren used all the games to the full, and my parents bounced between both groups. What a money saver too! Cheaper then a hotel plus we got all the benefits of a relaxing home. We cooked most of our own meals and all seven of us fit at the dinner table. Enjoyed the walk to the harbor where we bought fresh crab for dinner. We recommend this house to anyone staying in the area it is so versatile and can fit anyone’s needs. Thank you.

We will be back again next February and every February for eternity or until we get to old to play which I don't see that happening anytime soon.   • Thoroughly enjoyed staying in your home. It rained the entire time we were there so we literally spent all our time IN YOUR HOME....good thing we brought the Wii! Loved the coastal decorations and plentiful beds...the only thing we would have added is an additional shower but even that worked out okay. Thanks for everything!

  • What a great place to stay! This house is set up to handle a very large group. With only 5 of us,sometimes we got lost in all the space. We only had to look in the game room, TV nook, computer area, jaccuzi tub or the huge back yard to find everyone. So much to do in the house makes it hard to find time to go to the beach, but with the weather so perfect(60 and sunny)we made everyone go a lot. Walking distance to the ocean made it easy, we even cooked s'mores on the beach 1 night. The area has so much to offer that we were away from the house more than we wanted to be. Harris beach, shopping, Crescent City and the Damnation Creek trail through the Redwoods to the ocean were some of the adventures, but, I think the kids would have been content to hole up and never leave the house. We will definately return to this perfect guest house and maybe next time the weather will be bad so we can stay in and enjoy all the ammenities the place has to offer!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!
