This is a wonderfully located home with a nice three bedroom set up...including a master suite upstairs for parents! Very clean, better than the photos. Mauna Lani has everything you need for the perfect vacation gettaway. Great value.

Our stay was exceptional! The condo was absolutely luxurious and there was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space and privacy. We even had access to the private areas of the Villages (pool, beach, hot tub, weight room). The condo was very clean and their was even a supply of beach towels and a boogie board for my son to use. This was an unexpected suprise! Not to mention, there was a supply of dishwashing detergent, I'm assuming from the guests prior stay. We shopped at Costco, which was about thirty minutes from the Condo even though there was a shopping centre just around the corner. The only extra items we had to purchase was detergent for washing clothes. There were stain removers in the laundry room for clothes and a supply of toilet paper. Another great suprise was the fact that there was a full kitchen with more than the appopriate cookware and mixing utensils. Furthermore, there were cooking spices which came in very handy. All of the little things available were wonderful suprises and saved us from having to purchase these items. There were 3 bathrooms that were large and beautiful. We would definitely stay at this condo again, without question. We were extremely impressed with the condo. It was by far the largest, cleanest, and best condo we have ever stayed in!

Our family ended our 2 week vacation in Hawaii with a 4 night stay at this beautiful property. We all enjoyed the location, spaciousness, well appointed kitchen, beautiful lanai with outdoor kitchen (including grill) and convenient laundry. The town house is beautifully decorated and well stocked with all kitchen appliances and gadgets, and even provided beach towels and laundry detergent. Bryan (the owner) was very friendly, made booking easy, and even provided suggestions for activities and restaurants, and South Kohala Management was very friendly and accommodating as well. They provided after hours key pick up, key cards to the amenity center/pool area and the private beach club, and even a hair dryer. The Mauna Lani resort is breathtaking with well manicured yet lush native foliage. There was a wonderful market and shops right next to the townhouse development which was most convenient for picking up deliciously prepared foods as well as breakfast items and coffee. Our family enjoyed a Blue Hawaiian Helicopter tour of the volcanos and waterfalls from Hilo, and fishing with Capt. Steve aboard the Huntress out of Kona (my 13 year old caught his first bill fish). We spent 2 blissful days at the private beach club (for owners and guests). This is a beautiful cove with fine, white sand, crystal clear turquoise water, chaise lounges, a rental hut for snorkel gear, etc., and a beachside grill with very friendly servers and delicious burgers, sandwiches and salads. Our favorite restaurants were the Canoe House at the Mauna Lani Bay and Sensei Sushi at the Queen's shops at Waikoloa. This town house provided the perfect accommodations for our stay on the Big Island. We were all so pleased with the comfort, beauty, convenience and location, and it definitely exceeded our expectations.

Just wanted to thank you for a wonderful trip. The townhouse is beautiful, of course the pictures do not do it justice. We loved sitting on the balcony at night watching the sunset and having having tea out there in the morning, so relaxing. I absolutely loved the top of the line appliances in the kitchen. Our host Bryan was extemely gracious and even took the time to recommend things that he thought we might enjoy. Everything was perfect, we will be recommending it to our friends.

We just returned from our wonderful trip to the Villages at Mauna Lani. We absolutely loved this lovely townhome. Townhome or Condo does not do this unit justice! It is luxurious and comfortable with a subltle Island flair. The construction is sound and we found the unit VERY quiet - you don't hear the outside unless you open up the windows - and you don't hear the guests who are on the lower level if you are upstairs. There is a beautiful lanai off the rear - that overlooks the gorgeous Kohala Mountains, the golf course and glimpses of the blue Pacific. There is a large table on the lanai which is perfect for breakfast - and a wonderful outdoor kitchen/grill area to one end. The interior is fabulous with its 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The 2 master baths are huge with soaking tubs and separate showers. The closets and storage are extensive - the laundry room is on the lower level and very ample. All the lighting is on dimmer switches which adds to the relaxing feel of the home. The unit has a great coffee maker that includes a grinder - so make sure to pick up some 100% Kona while on the island to enjoy in the townhome. The owners have 6 brightly colored beach towels for use and 2 snorkel masks. Guests are able to use the Amenities Center which offers a nice pool and fitness room. The beach club is a 5 minute drive away. We look forward to returning to this beautiful Island getaway! ALOHA!

The island is gorgeous and this home is located in the best part. It is beautifully decorated and is within walking distance to the beach or dinner. It was a joy to stay there. Both golf courses were great, especially the North course. There is no need to leave the property for golf, beach or great restaurants.
