This three-bedroom, two-bath, 1200-square-foot, partial ocean view condominium is located in the Bajamar Golf Resort. The Bajamar Resort is one of the most ambitious planned communities in northwestern Mexico. Located just north of Ensenada and an easy 45-minute drive south of San Diego, this beautiful, ocean-oriented resort is an unparalleled, Baja, vacation destination, perfect for a vacation with family and friends, a romantic retreat, or an exciting golf getaway.

Situated atop a bluff on three miles of unspoiled Baja California coastline, the development comprises about 1750 acres of unspoiled terrain, where clear skies, starry nights, and beautiful ocean vistas delight residents and visitors alike.

The Bajamar Golf Course has often been referred to as the "Pebble Beach" of Mexico. It has three golf courses and all have good ocean views. Two golf courses are along the bluff and Bajamar housing community and one nine-hole course is built on the tide pools directly below the bluffs along the ocean coastline.

The Bajamar Golf Resort is a gated community with 24/7 security. No other vacation resort in northern Baja can compare. The resort is surrounded and filled with native cactus, grasses, and plants. A hotel, restaurant, and bar with live entertainment on weekends complement the local amenities.

The condominium has panoramic views from two bedrooms and living room each with a patio where you can look over the deck and pool and see the crashing waves of the Pacific. The master suite is furnished with a queen bed, entertainment unit and desk. It has its own bathroom and closet. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and desk. The third bedroom is furnished with a full bed and closet. The living room has a full-size sofabed. The condominium sleeps a total of eight very comfortably. The three bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated and equipped. The kitchen is equipped with modern, new appliances and all necessary cooking utensils and dishes. The condominium is located directly across the community's main road from the Hacienda Bajamar Hotel, making it and ideal location to just walk to the Restaurant and/or Golf, all within the privacy and safety of the Bajamar community.

Other Important Rental Information:
Cancellation Policy - Cancellations must be made seven (7) days prior to reservation date. Last minute cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Damage Deposit - A $250 refundable damage deposit is required. Deposits are refunded within 14 days after rental less a $55 cleaning fee.

Check-In Time: Monday - Saturday 2:00 p.m., Sunday 12:00 noon.
Check-Out Time: Monday - Friday 11:00 a.m., Saturday and Sunday 12:00 a.m.
