Gorgeous, two bedroom, two bath, one-story home (1800 square feet, 168 square meters) sleeps two to five and overlooks the 6th and 8th fairways of the Ocotillo Golf course. No stairs and stylishly decorated with new furniture in 2006, this house is a perfect oasis! Sit inside or outside on the covered patio and enjoy the beautiful golf course views when not playing yourself. Includes all utilities, high-speed wired and wireless Internet access.

The master bedroom has a new queen-size pillow top bed and private master bath. The second large bedroom has a new queen-size pillow top bed and one twin size bed. The master bedroom and family room have sliding glass door access to patio with golf course view.

Family room has 27" TV and stereo/CD player for entertainment. The bright kitchen has newer appliances and is open to the breakfast nook and the family room.

Your rental of 21 nights or more includes an Ocotillo Golf Resort card, giving you a 50% discount on golf fees at the Troon 27 hole Ocotillo golf course for your entire foursome every time you play, a 10% discount at the Pro Shop, and 10% off at the beautiful resort restaurant. The clubhouse is within walking distance. In addition, there are tennis courts available at your leisure. For rentals less than 21 nights, cards are available for a small fee.

You will have everything you need for a great Arizona vacation! Only 20 minutes south of the Phoenix airport and only five minutes from Arizona's newest upscale shopping mall, Chandler Fashion Square.
