Our December renter just canceled last minute, so we are offering a 10% discount off the rental fee for the month of December.

This is a beautiful 2400 square foot home with a private pool to relax around and sip cool beverages. Fully furnished, family friendly, with all the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation. Our home is not put together with odds and ends. The house is decorated with beautiful decorations and ammenities.

Home sits just down the street from wonderful, well respected golf course "The Duke". Here you may enjoy a round of golf or sit on the patio of the beautiful club house and enjoy the spectacular mountain views and breathtaking desert sunsets while enjoying dinner! There is now a second golf course available to guests called the Southern Dunes. It is also a beautiful and challenging course.

Maricopa has several restaurants, stores, and a second golf course. Just down the street from Harrah's casino. 20 minutes to Chandler Fashion Square Mall. Short drive to other local golf courses, spring training fields, Scottsdale, and many other Phoenix attractions.

  • First time we stayed away from home for a month. We did not want to leave. Great home, very private, clean and cozy. We lived on the patio and the pool area. This is close to heaven. We highly recommend this home away from home and god willing we be back for a longer period of time.

  • Beautiful house, beautiful pool, that says it all. The backyard/pool area is very private and well maintained. The pool is heated (for a cost) to 90 degrees - a great way to start off a day. The pool Vacuum (Clive we called him) keeps the pool clean. When we took to cover off the pool dead leaves etc. got in the pool but it didn't take Clive and the filter system long to clean it up. The master B/R is huge with a separate toilet, shower and tub. The spare bedroom is nice a quiet. Lots of closet space everywhere. The pool table is a nice touch but we'd rather be by the pool. We never used the front den/sitting room but there is internet connection there. The Patio has a nice 4-seat table for outside dining beside the BBQ. There is also a sofa and chairs (very comfortable) under a roofed portion of the deck. There is a bar fridge on the patio. There's a big u- shaped chesterfield in the big den and a satellite T.V. Icemaker provided lots of ice even on 104-degree days we had. House is very clean and Renee is a great hostess. We would definitely return if the circumstances allow it. Close to grocery shopping etc.

  • We cannot say enough about our stay and the owners of this beautiful holiday rental. The place is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Arizona Sun. It is close to all facilities but far enough away to give you complete privacy. Linda and I would recommend renting this home. It was time well spent and hope to do so again in the future

  • We stayed for 6 weeks in this Maricopa home. It is very comfortable and was very clean. It is as advertised. A fun home with the heated pool, the pool table, the kitchen, famly room and enough beds to sleep many. The wireless internet and expanded tv channels were great. I would recomend this home to everyone. Our guests and friends were inpressed too!!!
