The back yard has a fenced private 15 x 32 foot heated pool with with outside dining furniture, stainless steel gas grill and built in outdoor speakers. The kitchen is a state of the art eat in kitchen with two ovens, two dishwashers, beverage center and granite counter tops.
There is also a private dining room just off the kitchen connected by a butler's pantry. The house will sleep 12 people and boasts two separate master suites. Bedding includes two king size beds, one queen, two twins, and two sets of custom built built bunk beds. Just a short walk or ride on golf cart to private beach.
