This oversized building is just steps to one of the finest beaches in Newport. Great for famliy reunions and families with children due to the proximity of the sand. In the building, we offer two separate units which are side by side great for entertaining guests with separate entrances.
Each unit offers spacious living with nautical themes. In addition, the main floor plan invites you into a great entertainment area with large kitchen and fireplace plus half bath.This is located on the main floor while all main bedrooms and bathrooms are designed upstairs for privacy and relaxation.
UNIT A:
The "A" floor plan offers a grand entertainment area to enjoy with guests in a spacious open layout furnished with nautical theme and a gas fireplace. The kitchen overlooks the entertainment area and is fully stocked with all your cooking needs. A french sliding door opens to a oversized private patio secured for children and wonderful for BBQ's and sunbathing. The upstairs layout offers a master suite with private master bathroom and french doors leading to private balcony. The remaining three bedrooms are spacious, fully furnished and share a large hallway bathroom. The A unit sleeps eight persons in beds and can sleep a total of 12. One enclosed garage space with garage opener provided and a shared washer and dryer is in the garage
Unit B:
The "B" floor plan offers a entertainment area to enjoy with guests in a open furnished layout with nautical theme and a gas fireplace. The kitchen overlooks the entertainment area and is fully stocked with all your cooking needs. A french sliding door opens to a private patio secured for children and wonderful for BBQ's. The upstairs floor plan offers a oversized master suite with private bathroom while the remaining three bedrooms share a large hall bathroom. This unit sleeps eight in bed and with 12 occupants. One enclosed garage space with garage opener provided. A shared washer and dryer is in the garage
Day trips:
Disneyland (half hour), Sea World (one and three-quarter hours), Long Beach Aquarium (half hour), Laguna Beach (20 minutes), or Los Angeles/Hollywood (one hour). We are 15 minutes from University of California - Irvine, 20 minutes from John Wayne Airport (SNA) or one hour from Los Angeles Airport (LAX).
Shopping:
Fashion Island Shopping Center 15min., Albertson's and Trader Joe's supermarket 3 to 5 minutes with car.
You may not even need a car all week, just rent a bike. Just bring beach towels and suntan oil. Cheers!
