Why the Owner Chose Sea Haunts
The property is 5 miles west of Seaside, 8 miles east of Sandestin Beach Resort, and 15 miles east of Destin. It is away from the crowds and traffic and is strategically located where vacationers can easily utilize these popular areas for entertainment and at the same time enjoy a less crowded beach.
Seahaunts is a small, gated townhouse complex on the beach a block away from the main road of 30-A. There is no traffic noise, breathtaking views of the gulf from your pillow or deck,an awesome pool and jacuzzi and an uncrowded beach steps away from the unit. We have two units here; one our personal 2nd home and this rental, this after having two diferent places in this area prior. It is quiet, safe and secluded, with very limited public access, yet 2 blocks away from shopping, food and entertainment.

Top quality bedding and pillows, 4 TVs, including a big screen, stereo, fully stocked kitchen with quality appliances and granite, drop dead views from two floors, two decks, a patio with a tiki bar and gas grill, two seperate entertainment rooms, gated access with safe,wide open space for kids to roam, 30 yards to the pool and jacuzzi and 30 yards to the beach walk-over which drops you onto the sugar sand 30 yards later.

I grew up visiting the Gulf Coast. While my husband grew up visiting the Jersey shore he often talks about the first time he ever visited the Gulf Coast and was overwhelmed with the sugar white sand beach and emerald green water. We enjoyed vacationing with our two boys in this area so much we had to purchase our own bit of paradise. The Gulf Coast is rated 3rd in the world for the most beautiful beaches, hence their slogan "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches". The sugar-white sand squeeks beneath your feet and the pristine gulf water is unique to this spot of Northwest Florida.Fresh water lakes line the quiet two lane road winding along the beach and offer serenity like no other place.
