The house is ideally situated less than two hours from New York City and Philadelphia in a four season recreational community. Locust Lake Village offers five lakes and many recreation areas for your enjoyment.

The village also offers swimming beaches, fishing, and boating on three of the lakes. The house is nestled in a heavily wooded half-acre lot, within walking distance to the largest lake - Locust Lake. Bordered by 21,000 acres of state game lands makes this a true retreat.

This chalet style home has been tastefully decorated and features a floor to ceiling stone wood burning fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen, two TV's, DVD/VCR, and Stereo with CD player. The Villa has three bedrooms and sleeps ten comfortably.

The house has an open floor plan with a large open living/kitchen/dining room area that comfortably fits a nice size group yet cozy enough for small gatherings.
