We have furnished the home with designer linens, custom colors and gorgeous furniture designed in casual elegance. High speed internet access, five TV's one of which is 50 inches with HDTV appeals to those of you who are more tech minded and just cannot leave everything behind.
The kitchen, dining living areas are configured as a great room perfect for the gathering of friends and family. Just steps outside you will find an almost 300 square foot lanai furnished with your own barbecue, furniture and gorgeous view of the twelfth hole of the North Course at Mauna Lani, from which you may enjoy reading, relaxing, cocktails and meals, and humbling beautiful Hawaiian Sunsets.
Also downstairs is the expansive Master Suite complete with king-size bed, chaise lounge, two flat panel TV's (yes, there is one in the bathroom), jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet, and dual-headed shower big enough for two.
Upstairs are a bath room outfitted in pearl and chocolate granite, and two more bedrooms; one with two twins, and one with another king bed. Each bedroom has its own TV/DVD player and spectacular sunset views. You can even see the ocean from there! The upstairs is designed beautifully to maximize the tropical breezes.
The Fairways Community boasts a beautiful free form swimming pool with waterfall, pond and community center, perfect for enjoying the sun you will find almost year round on the famed Kohala Coast. With-in the Mauna Lani Resort are two world class hotels; The Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows, and the Fairmont Orchid. With a walking path that spans the coast from end to end you'll not find a more sublime place to get in a walk, run or sunset stroll. You can walk down to the Fairmont every day and see the majestic green sea turtles sunning themselves on the beach.
