My family and I enjoyed this condo immensely. We have stayed at another condo in the complex and while it had its perks, this one was very updated with tile flooring, beautiful color schemes, and a wonderful view of the canal and the 8th hole of the par 3 golf course. I really enjoyed having coffee on the deck in the early mornings watching people play golf. The condo was very clean and neat with no unnecessary clutter and just what we needed to be totally comfortable the entire week. The owner even went out of the way to supply us with a notebook containing many of the restaurant's menus so we would know in advance what would suit everyone. It was a great week. We defintely want to rent this condo again.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, pet owners, families with young children.

I really love this condo...and my family does too. It is very clean and well maintained and we love the tropical decor. That's probably why we return to this same condo year after year! The private beach is awesome, and the location is perfect. Target and Winn Dixie are right across the street, and lots of great restaurants are nearby. In fact, Louisiana Lagniappe is right there on the property...you can walk to dinner if you want to. We always have a wonderful time whenever we go, we always hate it when we have to leave, and we immediately start looking forward to the next time we can go back. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

I recently stayed at this unit. The location is great and the owner is very helpful and responds quickly. While the condo was clean for the most part, it does need a good "deep cleaning". The bed, shower curtain, refridgerator all need to be updated. The pillows, the comforter, linens all need to be replaced also. The condo could be really great if all of these things were done and cleaned. However, sand piper cove is great, the view is awesome and so relaxing.
