This very warm, cozy and somewhat quirky cottage is decorated in authentic vintage 'beach'; colorful, joyful and fun. Bask in the views of sand, surf and Salmon Creek where it meets the sea. Watch the sun set on the ocean from your front row seat by the (eco gas) fireplace. Get lost in the ocean’s symphony as it crashes to shore. You can take a 5 minute stroll to the ocean through our tiny village on narrow streets filled with wonderful old beach houses. Take a few moments as you walk by Salmon Creek to feed the geese. The kitchen has everything necessary to create dinners of fresh seafood from the marina. Or go out to eat...there are several wonderful local restaurants. Interested in the 'art scene'? The cottage was the perfect place for relaxing, reading and enjoying the ocean view. It was central to get to the beaches, Occidental and Bodega Bay. The fireplace made it nice and cozy in the chilly mornings and evenings. We enjoyed walking through the village and looking at houses, geese and wildflowers. We loved watching the water and stars, and didn't even turn on the TV. Thanks for the great weekend!

We stayed for three night in September 2010. It was the perfect place to relax and get away from it all, no cell phone coverage, quiet and serene. Short walk to a beach that many times was ours alone. Short drive to Bodega Bay and all the resturants, but be aware they all close very early. The owner was a dol, gave me a tour of her studio and even gave me some naked ladies which are going strong in my garden. I would definately stay here again. Well worth it.

My family and I (3 little boys and 2 adults) had an amazing time in Salmon Creek at this perfect cottage! We are definitely going to go again and stay here in the future!

My husband and I celebrated my birthday at this cozy little cottage. The owner was so good with us and she had everything just perfect for our arrival. We have a white Lab, dog and we were so pleased that she permitted our very well behaved canine friend. The ocean was only a short stroll away and the dunes in front of the house were wonderful. The weather for Nov. was lovely and sunny. The house was nicely appointed and I was able to cook in the kitchen without missing much from home. It was quiet and peaceful and the view from the living room was spectacular. We would definitely return again! Salmon Creek is just up the road from Bodega Bay. It is a small village right on the coast. We loved it there.

Charming little beach cottage perfect for a couple. We brought our two dogs and they had a great time. The backyard is not fenced in, but the neighborhood is very quiet and you can walk your dogs without problems. Beaches north of salmon creek do allow dogs. We would definitely stay again.

This really is the best view . We stayed Dec.29th-Jan.4th, it's warm and cozy. They have a stero system and everything to make your stay the best. We would stay here again. The bed is very confortable.
