50% Deposit to reserve.  Full payment 30 days prior to arrival.
Security/Damage deposit due 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation: Prior to full payment, refundable less 7%.
After full payment, non-refundable unless rented for same period
(in which case monies refunded less 7%).  If cancelled within 72 hours of
reservation/deposit, 100% refundable.
