I would definitely recommend staying at this condo. It has 3 nice bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and 2 shaded patios. The kitchen is a galley kitchen and has everything you need if you want to eat in.There is a grocery store nearby. The condos have a nice, quiet atmosphere but are family-friendly. The pool is very close to the unit and is never over-crowded. It is a short walk to the pier and shopping and restaurants. There is a bike trail right out front that circles the island. There are tennis courts about a block away in a nice park. The beach is a very short drive away. Massengale Park and the Coast Guard station are where I accessed the beach. Walk down to the King and Prince on the beach and get a pina colada. I recommend getting take out from the Crab Trap and relaxing on the condo patio with a beer or wine. St Simons is not a bad drive from Atlanta at all and there are so many fun things to do. If you've never done it, I recommend taking the trolley tour that leaves from the pier area. Lots of interesting facts. I'd also recommend eating at Crab Daddy's -- best place on the island. Try their crab soup. Jekyll is a short drive away (about 20 minutes) and you can do a tour of the mansions. This condo is close to everything, but I really liked that it was right near the pier and downtown area and so many restaurants. Must try the crab cakes at Barbara Jeans and the shrimp at the Sandcastle Grill. I plan to go again next year.

We had a wonderful time on our first trip to St. Simon's. What a great town!! Thank you for the use of your condo, it was very convenient to the everything (we loved having the pool across the street).

The owners are very friendly, and this condo is great for children. We had a blast! Advantages: ground floor - no steps up which to lug suitcases and sandy beach toys. pool- perfect temp and very private; it is for Village Green, but sometimes we were the only folks there! surrounding area- wooded, quiet, and near the park. The DQ and village are nearby. The walk is so easy a 5 year old could do it! condo- comfortable, well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to cleaning supplies. All we brought was our food and clothes. Helpful hint: It was high tide the first time we went to the beach, so we had to look around for the best "sand space." The best place to play on the beach is at public access near East Beach; it a short, easy, and beautiful ride.

We brought our older parents for the week of July 4. What a wonderful, clean, quiet condo! The condo is very comfortable and "user friendly". Access was very easy. The pool is lovely. The neighbors were friendly. We found it to be a pleasant stroll to the pier village and very convenient to the "DQ". We'll be back!

My family and I stayed at this wonderful condo for 2 weeks, while we were waiting to move into our new house. It is located right across the parking lot from the quite pool, which we loved! The condo was very clean, quite and comfortable. I strongly recommend staying at this condo.
