Brand new, superb and generous house on 2 floors, decorated with taste by designer and within walking distance from one of 10 golf course - the Golf of Saint Martin - of the area (all within a 3 Miles range). In immediate proximity of the typical old village of Valbonne and Mougins, and only few minutes away from all the top international schools of the area (3 within a 2 Mi radius).
The villa is surrounded by a sophisticated garden planted with typical Mediterranean trees, roses and plants articulated in 3 levels, staged on stone terraces. For the many sunny days, the house opens on two broad terraces, one overlooking the tennis court and the swimming pool, the other, more secluded, features a fountain and provides a great place to welcome friends and enjoy the long summer evenings.
Very sunny and bright, with a strong bias for white. It also features a 1/2 tennis court and a pool equipped with reverse stream swimming facility.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Valbonne und hatten unsere beiden Kinder mit zwei Enkelkindern eingeladen. Dadurch dass das Haus über sehr großzügige Räumlichkeiten und eine intelligente Raumaufteilung verfügt hatten wir nie das Gefühl der Enge. Im Gegenteil, in diesem Haus ist an Alles gedacht worden, bis hin zur Espresso Maschine. Eine so schöne Ausstattung von der Bettwäsche bis zum Geschirr und den Gläsern war alles vom FEINSTEN. Der Pool war temperiert die Gegenstromanlage eingestellt. Wir wurden auch nicht allein gelassen, sondern hatten zu jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner. Besser geht einfach nicht. Wir waren zuvor für drei Wochen bereits in Ihrem herrlichen Appartment in Nizza und waren auch dort begeistert. Aber dieses Haus toppt alle Erwartungen.Wir werden dieses Haus an alle unsere Bekannten weiterempfehlen und auch gerne wiederkommen. Die herzliche und liebenswerte Art der Eigentümer ergänzt diese Villa auf ideale Art. We stayed here at the beginning of October and the weather was beautiful. The house is spacious, new, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The photos of the property are very accurate. The gardens are flourishing and maintained regularly. The owner pays careful attention to detail and was very helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the tennis court and the pool as well as the gym equipment on the balcony. The heated tiles downstairs were great and the wifi connection was good. There was plenty of space for us and our teenage children. The house is very close to Valbonne village, with Cannes, Grasse, Antibes a short drive away. The local area is very pretty. I Stay 5 days for a business trip. The villa was fabulous. Especially for the families with children would be very happy with pool , wood play house in the garden and miniature tennis court. All the decoration and quality of furniture perfect. You can find everthing that you can need in a house even much moore (powerplate).Villa is only 2 minutes drive to village Valbonne . Catherine was a perfect host . I will come back a holiday next summer with my family .Recommended for: Families with young children.

Excellent villa with a big garden and very elegant rooms that are arranged until in last detail. The reverse stream swimming pool and the tennis court has made a lot of fun.The renters are amiable and complimentary. Regrettably that the time is gone over so fast.
