Newly Constructed, three bedroom, Condo Rental - sleeps six persons with three king twin beds that can easily be separated to accommodate single sleepers. Balcony overlooks man-made lake. This condo is 5-10 minutes from ocean and minutes from Broadway at the Beach which offer places like Ripley's Aquarium and many restaurants.

This Condo Rental offers two TV's and two baths with one tub. The kitchen offers an eat-in counter seating four persons. Additionally, there is an eating area accommodating four to six people. The Balcony overlooks the manmade minature lake with a water fountain/spray directly in front of it. Very tranquil for the mind that needs to relax several hours before gearing up to enjoy all the fun and sun that MB offers.

  • This unit is great!! The furnishings, the location, the overall feel of relaxation just by walking into the unit. We had a sisters weekend which was wonderful, the unit gave us enough room to spend out and enough baths for us all to get ready!(you know how girls are) We will be renting this unit again, the owner makes things so easy.   • Our family had a great vacation here. Nearby shopping, nearby activities for the family, Pool is convenient, Balcony is great place to relax and start the day, Beautifully decorated, Many spacious bedrooms with open floor plan. Nice walking path around the pond for the morning walk or evening stroll. Late in the evening we saw a few grazing deer around the golf course area.

  • We had the pleasure of renting this unit in August 2007. We absolutely loved it! The décor is beautiful. The entire family was very comfortable. We could not have asked for a better location: the golf course, Broadway at the Beach was 2 minutes away, a very short drive to the beach, a grocery store close by. There is definitely something for everyone. The kids loved ALL the pools. If/when we make it back to Myrtle Beach, we will definitely re-rent this unit.

  • Fabulous condo and great location!!!!Could not believe the luxury for the price. One of our best family vacations. The layout of the bedrooms afforded everyone their privacy and the openned design of the rest is spacious. The condo is nicely decorated and comfortable. We'll be back.
