Even before I made it to MB, I was certain that this condo was going to be very nice and enjoyable place to stay while on vacation. Once there, I was not disappointed. In fact, the condo was more impressive than what I had even imagined. Elegant furnishings, and an especially comfy couch! Location was great, too. Very close to Broadway, the beach, and also the highway when your wonderful visit must come to an end. If you enjoy golf, Myrtlewood has 2 golf courses within walking distance to occupy your time. As great as the condo was, however, the best part was the hassle-free and competent customer service of Lorrie (the owner). She was great in communicating with me, answering my questions, and doing everything as promised when promised. I would definitely love to do business with her again in the future. I highly recommend her, this condo, and a trip to MB for anyone looking to escape the stresses of everyday life!

We booked this condo for our family vacation and were very pleased. The condo was very spacious and decor was attractive and cozy. Lorraine was very accommodating and easy to work with. We planned a girls' week at Myrtle Beach and wanted a comfortable place to stay. Found Lorraine's condo listing and called. Lorraine was great to work with and the condo couldn't have been better! When I heard my family was coming to South Carolina to visit for a week; we discussed renting a condo close to all the attractions. This place is fantastic!! There was plenty of space for a family of six and we were able to call this place home and relax each day after enjoying everything the area has to offer. Thank you Lorraine for a much needed, hassle free vacation!!

My family and I spend a lot of time at Myrtle Beach throughout the year and on this weekend we went to celebrate my daughter's 22 birthday, Upon entering the home everyone was amazed at how beautiful everything was. We usually stay in condo restorts but I wanted to try something different and I am so happy that this was my choice! everything was clean and Lorrie was beautiful from beginning to the end! The location is great and the pictures don't say enough about how beautiful and well kept the home is. I would love to say something negative so that no one else will want to rent so that it would always be available when we want to visit, but then that wouldn't be right. So that being said I would definately love to stay there again. Clean home with wonderful people that care about your comfort. Lorrie even provided Beach Towels, chairs and other great things to help improve your stay! It waswonderful and when planning our trips to MB this will be the first place I look at to see if it's available although I am sure that after this review it will be booked! This was our 6th vacation to Myrtle Beach. We had always stayed in North Myrtle Beach.. We were coming for vacation, A Ripken Tournament and Golfing. This is THE place to stay. The condo is gorgeous and Lorrie is such a great person to work with. The location is excellent. Close to lots of restaurants, sightseeing places, things to do, Ripken complex and Myrtlewood has 2 golf courses on site. This place was comfortable, clean, and stocked with everything you need. We had 4 adults and 1 - 13 year old. There was plenty of space for 2 more people if needed. We stayed 11 days and wanted to stay more. This is the first time I rented from Lorrie, but will not be the last. I recommend talking to her before renting elsewhere. Thanks Lorrie for allowing us to rent your Condo...we will be back.

Clean, comfortable; worked great for Ripken Experience weekend

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend (also known as Biker Week in MB) so our son could play in a baseball tournament at the Ripken Experience. The condo is super-convenient to that, to other activities and to great restaurants and shopping. The place is really clean and very nicely decorated. We never made it to the beach during the long weekend we were there, but the place was perfect for our needs. While we saw lots of motorcycles around MB that weekend, the condo complex prohibits them, so we were spared loud noises at night and were really unaffected, while friends of ours stayed oceanfront and had problems parking and sleeping. The owner was very responsive and courteous. We would definitely stay there again. I was also glad I booked through VRBO/HomeAway, because we could go straight to the condo when we arrived, while other families staying at the complex had to check in at an office. I also think we got a better deal.

My family and I stayed at this location the later part of May. At first I was kind of skeptical about booking through the owner, since I have been burned several times this way. This condo was AMAZING!!!! When we pulled up to the Villa's I knew this experience would be totally different. The pictures did no justice for this place it was indeed beautiful. Lorrie checked to make sure we made it safely and also sent us some brochures beforehand of things to do around town. I would recommend this place to anyone. The location and price were the best. Last but surely not least, we forgot chairs and sand buckets for the beach and to our surprise Lorrie had everything you needed for the beach in the patio closet. I will be checking this place out again real soon.

We have been to Myrtlewood Villas many times and this by far was the best place we have stayed! The furnishings are beautiful as well as touches of home throughout this place. My husband and I decided to relocate to MB. In doing so, it was quite the long process and we needed to rent a condo. The ease of renting from Lori and her sons was wonderful and the condo was maginficent. This is 5 star living!!! I will recommend this to anyone doing what we did or coming for vacation. If you like to eat good, try Rioz Brazilian Steakhouse! YUM!!

This was our first family trip to the Myrtle Beach area and we were so lucky to find this wonderful condo for our stay! Condo was clean and welcoming and we immediately felt at home. Great location. Close to grocery store, pharmacy, ocean, attractions, etc. Lorrie was WONDERFUL to work with. Couldn't have asked for more!

"We enjoyed our stay at this condo so much, it was difficult to leave. We were in Myrtle Beach for a Ripken Baseball Tournament and the location of this condo couldn't have been better; we were only minutes away from the Ripken Complex. And.....during non baseball times, we were very close to the action of Broadway on the Beach, Nascar the Waterpark and the Beach. The condo is absolutely gorgeous and kept very clean. Our favorite spot was the balcony overlooking the pond. We could be found almost every evening at some point enjoying the balcony! When we get back to Myrtle Beach, we will definitely rent this condo again. It was a pleasure renting through Ms. Russell. She was very accommodating and quick to respond to the needs we had during our stay. We highly recommend this condo.

This was by far the best vacation our family was able to take. Thanks to Lorraine for sharing her beautiful condo with us we were able to enjoy ourselves without any worries what so ever. The place was very clean, comfortable and spacious for everyone. The pools were cool and relaxing when we were wanting to lay low for the day. Very convenient to all attractions, shopping and resteraunts. Medeival Times was blast. The 4th of July fireworks on Broadway at the Beach were incredible! We definitely will be back and hope to be able to stay in this condo the next time we visit. Thanks again for making our stay trouble and worry free. We had the time of our lives! Ms. Russell's condo is beautiful. I didn't even feel like I left home. The decorations are beautiful, the furniture is comfortable. The condo has 2 bedrooms and a huge pull out couch! It can sleep 8 people comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked- pots and pans, blender, dishwasher, microwave, the works! We cooked almost every night!There are muliple pools on the condo's grounds for everyone to enjoy. I recommend this condo to anyone looking to have a good time! MyrtleWood Villa's is a 5 minute drive away from the beach and a 10 minute drive from shopping and wonderful restaurant choices. Thanks so much, Ms. Russell for allowing us to stay! We will for sure be back next year!

The condo is very nice with plenty of room for all 5 of us. The location is great even though it's not right on the beach. Beach access was easy to get to and the beach area was not crowded at all. Right off of 17 Bypass at a light with a turn lane. Tanger outlets and restaurants are easily accessible. The area was quiet and we enjoyed drinking coffee on the porch in the mornings.

One of the Best Property Owners and Rentals

Hello, This was my first time ever dealing with a private owner. I want to first comment about my experience with her. She is the kindest, most flexible, and caring business owner I have ever dealt with. She was so accommodating and trusting. She didn't know me from Adam -- yet she trusted me to do what I said I would do. She made my summer vacation happen -- and I could not have been more blessed. Thank you to the Owner!! Now, the property -- this propery is emmaculant, gorgeous, spacious, very very clean and roomy. We had another couple with us along with our two young adult daughters who are 21 and 22. The moment we turned the key and opened the door the standards were set. We stayed on top of them about making their beds every morning because the place was so incredibly beautiful. We didn't want to see anything out of place during our stay. It was just like being at home. We left this beautiful place the same way we found it -- clean with everything in place. She had extra towels, barbeque equipment, and tolietries, stored in a storage closet on the balcony -- that she allowed us to use. I would recommend this condo to any of my friends. You can't go wrong.

Just returned from Myrtle Beach. The condo was absolutely beautiful. Very accomadating and spacious. The owner is great doing business with; she was always available to answer any questions or concerns. The only thing I would suggest would be a television in the 2nd or 3rd bedroom. We had teenagers as well as younger kids with us, so there was always a debate over what to watch. No other problems; we had a great week and I would definitely stay at this property again. Recommend highly.

We stayed in this condo in the summer and it was great. It was clean and had great furniture to relax on after a long day. Even though in is on the second floor it was easy to get to with an elevator and being by the stairs

This was my first time renting a condo on a vacation and I was very satisfied with my first experience. This condo was very clean, spacious, and comfortable for my family of 5 to stay in while visiting Myrtle Beach for our first time. We were centrally located in Myrtle Beach and close to many site seeing activities, the ocean, Broadway on the Beach, etc. We loved our stay in Myrtle Beach and hope to return again next year.

Working for the Foreign Service I travel extensively. I was very surprised to see such a luxurious place in a popular vacations spot for such a low price. I have paid more money for much less in worse places, that I thought for sure this was too good to be true. To my delight, this place is everything it claims to be and more. The listing description is very accurate, and the property was well maintained, cleaned and relaxing. I was kept informed about everything from the owner, and there were no unpleasant surprises. I was only there for a weekend, just to visit my relatives with my wife and daughter before we depart for our next overseas assignment, but I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to enjoy the Myrtle Beach area in style.

This was my family first visit to Mrytle Beach; it will not be our last. The condo was great; all the comforts of home. The layout of the condo was open and spacious. It was quiet and away from the business crowd; yet close enough to everything you would need. The property was clean and all appliances worked. I called maintenance for minor details and their response was excellent. We enjoyed Broadway, having a choice of many fresh seafood restaurants were great! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. I would recommend tv's in atleast two bedrooms. I had problems with adults and teenagers watch television together. Overall, the property was great and I plan to visit again.

Great! This was our golf groups 4th year in Myrtlewood Villas-1st in this unit. This was by far the nicest unit we have stayed in. Everything was in tip top shape and very comfortable. Our group will be returning to this unit!

This unit is great!! The furnishings, the location, the overall feel of relaxation just by walking into the unit. We had a sisters weekend which was wonderful, the unit gave us enough room to spend out and enough baths for us all to get ready!(you know how girls are) We will be renting this unit again, the owner makes things so easy. Our family had a great vacation here. Nearby shopping, nearby activities for the family, Pool is convenient, Balcony is great place to relax and start the day, Beautifully decorated, Many spacious bedrooms with open floor plan. Nice walking path around the pond for the morning walk or evening stroll. Late in the evening we saw a few grazing deer around the golf course area.

We had the pleasure of renting this unit in August 2007. We absolutely loved it! The décor is beautiful. The entire family was very comfortable. We could not have asked for a better location: the golf course, Broadway at the Beach was 2 minutes away, a very short drive to the beach, a grocery store close by. There is definitely something for everyone. The kids loved ALL the pools. If/when we make it back to Myrtle Beach, we will definitely re-rent this unit.

Fabulous condo and great location!!!!Could not believe the luxury for the price. One of our best family vacations. The layout of the bedrooms afforded everyone their privacy and the openned design of the rest is spacious. The condo is nicely decorated and comfortable. We'll be back.
