This condo is absolutely amazing. I have stayed in the Lighthouse the past few years, but none of the units have even compared to this one!! The balcony pictures do not even begin to show you how large and beautiful it is!! The kitchen has lots of cooking utensils... the decorations are beautiful and the brand new flat screen tvs are an added bonus!!! You will LOVE this unit. My family can't wait to go back for a visit!!!

Our family stayed in this unit over Spring Break, 2012. It is a gorgeous place and very comfortable for 6 people. The balcony is unbelievable (big, comfortable furniture and a great view). Since it faces South, there was sun on the balcony at any time of day - and also shade! We are used to staying in Florida with either west or east-facing balconies so this was a definite perk. We are beach people so I cannot comment on the pool other than it looked clean and well-used. There was a company on the beach who set up cushions on chaise lounges and set up umbrellas for a fee. You can reserve the chairs and have the same ones all week.There was also jet-skiing on the Gulf and Parasailing that was within walking distance of the condo. This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and I have to say we will definitely be back. Our oldest son recently graduated from college and is living in Mobile, AL so we wanted to vacation close to him. We ate seafood everyday and our favorite restaurant (Cobalt) was in Orange Beach about 20-30 mins away. Amazing food...definitely worth the short drive. Cannot wait to return!

Our annual girlfriend trip brought us back to this amazing condo. We all agree this one is by far our favorite! October is a great time to go to the beach! We watched dolphins one morning in a group of about 30 and manta rays every morning close to the beach. This condo is as close as you can get! We especially love the 85 foot wrap around balcony with very comfortable patio chairs! The decor is professionally done and the kitchen has everything you would need,if you want to cook...If you get the chance a trip to Fairhope is worth the short drive but plan to stay the day! Lunch at Yardarms on the bay and shopping in this picturesque town is on our agenda for next year as is this condo!!!

There are condos in Gulf Shores, then there's this condo! What a great find! The pictures really just give you a teasingly taste of how beautifully decorated it is. You feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door! The kitchen is fully stock with quality items if you choose to entertain. One could stay inside and still have a beautiful view of the Gulf through all the floor to ceiling windows! The balcony is one of the best for all views. We stayed for 2 weeks - last week in September and 1st week in October, 2011 - great time of year. Please know that you will get the best care from the owners - David and family. **Highly recommended**

We went down to this condo when my son was home on leave. Plenty of room for our family. We've been at the Lighthouse before and this was the nicest stay, so far. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a Gulf Shores stay. Easy walk to the state park pier if you like to fish. Saw dolphins from the balcony each morning. The owner was great to deal with, personable and answered most of my questions before I could ask them.

This large, corner condo is by far, the BEST property my family and I have ever stayed in at Gulf Shores!! It is spacious, immaculate, well-maintained, and beautifully-decorated. The decor is elegant and classy; and more beautiful in person, than in the listing photos. The panoramic windows and breath-taking views are one of my favorite things about this condo. You have amazing ocean views from the kitchen, family room, and 2 bedrooms. And, the huge wrap-around balcony is perfect for sipping your coffee, while watching the dolphins jump and play each morning; and perfect for relaxing each evening to watch the sunset!! The location of this condo is also great....blocks from a large variety of restaurants and shopping; and it is within walking distance of 2 great restaurants, Sea n' Suds and The Hangout. The pools and hot tubs are wonderful. The walk-in pool was just perfect for our toddler! And, the gorgeous white sand beach is just a quick walk over a boardwalk. I would most definitely recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a luxurious beach get-away, with great amenities and accommodations.....and the BEST ocean views!!! We will rent this property again without question, and are looking forward to it!! Thank you so much to the owner for enabling us to have such a perfect trip to the beach!! :)

My family's first experience in Gulf Shores 2011

My family and myself enjoyed staying in this condo at Gulf Shores this June 2011. The condo was amazing with its large wrap-around balcony which had no obstructions of the view. The photos for this condo are beautiful but to see it in person is even better. It is elequently decorated and was as clean as my own home. We always felt safe with the security keeping watch over the building. The pools and hot tubs and work out room (with Sauna) was as nice as it gets when on vacation! The owner of this condo gave me great advice on where to shop and where to eat. He also gave me a great description of how to get the most out of our vacation while we were there. There are many grocery stores close by, and easy to find, to stock the kitchen. The kitchen and laundry appliances were excellent and a joy to use. The beds were so inviting and comfortable. Every morning, we woke and ran to the balcony to find dolphins jumping out of the water catching fish to eat. We were on the beach at some time everyday and collected sea shells to take home for memories. We took in many sites and the kids thoroughly enjoyed "The Hangout" where the food was good and the kids were entertained. The Tanager mall was a great day for us girls! We spent one whole day just shopping and enjoying each other's company. We loved sitting out on the balcony at night and watching everyone with their flash lights down on the beach looking for crabs. We were asked by a lady in your building to come see her condo so if we decided to come back next year we might stay at hers. We told her it would be hard to beat the corner condo with the view of the ocean and did not take her up on the offer. Your condo is the one we will recommend to all our friends and is the one we will come back to each time we visit Gulf Shores. Sorry I am so late in writing this, but we loved our stay in David's Lighthouse condo during the Hangout Music Festival this past summer! He was great to work with and very professional. The condo is beautifully decorated with views that cannot be beat. We spent mornings and evenings on the HUGE balcony! Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us and especially for allowing us an early check in. Also appreciate David giving us the chance to rent it again for Hangout Music Fest 2012 though we won't be going (last year was enough, LOL). Also, the zero entry pool was a very big hit with my two little ones! :)

The condo, the view, the sand.... Everything was perfect in mid November for a 5 night stay. My husband had classes at the airport which was within a 10 minute drive. No detail was spared in this incredibly spacious condo with a fantastic layout. Kitchen, Dining area, Living room, Master bedroom and Guest bedroom all had ocean views! Laundry "room" was also a plus! 2 beautiful pools steps away from the beautiful white, silky sand. No evidence of an oil spill.

What a wonderfully beautiful condo! It was perfect for a small family reunion with my siblings. We had a great time reconnecting and building memories. I do not think you could have a better view- sunrises and sunsets all from the balcony! We also enjoyed walking to Sea-n-Suds and The Hangout for meals. Our annual all girls trip has traveled to many places over the years and we agreee this condo is the best so far! 3 BR/3 bath and feels like home. Keyless entry is great, furnishings are beautiful, balcony is HUGE and the view is breathtaking!!! Location is perfect for walking west to restaurants and walking east on State Park beach and pier. We stayed pretty much on the balcony all 3 days just relaxing and enjoying the ever changing beautiful beach! It was Awesome! We will be back to this condo for years to come. David is great to work with and everything is exactly as expected. November is a fabulous time to visit and will continue to be a tradition for us. Another thank you is in order David!!!!

David said I would say "WOW" when we walked into the condo and he was Right! The furnishings were so nice and everyone had a nice bed to sleep in just like home. The balcony was so large 85' I think. Wonderful photo ops and great fun feeding the sea gulls. This was our 20 year wedding anniversary and we couldn't have asked for a nicer place to spend it.

AMAZING! This condo was probably the best condo we have ever stayed; very well decorated, nice layout, and spectacular views. The condo was very spacious with comfortable beds and equipped with just about every kitchen appliance needed. The best feature is the keyless entry; no need to worry about who has the room key! This unit is comfortable and met our needs. Two chaise lounges on balcony were perfect for sunning/napping. The patio table was great for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea! My teens loved work out room, internet connectivity and TVs. Grams was able to navigate between sofa, bar and the first bdrm/bath without wheelchair. We all enjoyed several dinners in. Hubby and I loved views, DVD players, waves lapping, decent bed, and MBR door to balcony. This unit and Gulf Shores revitalized this family! Loved the carts in lobby to move groceries and "stuff" in/out as well as keyless entry.

My husband and I stay in the Gulf Shore area almost every year. We meet another couple from Arkansas, as we use to live there. We were thrilled to finally find a condo that has two bedrooms facing the Gulf. Finally no more taking turns. We spend Thanksgiving weekend together every chance we get. WOW, We have never seen a condo like this one. The hugh balcony with access from two bedrooms and the living room is great! The space and layout is great. We had 3 couples staying there and it was nice having our 3 seperate bathrooms and queen/king beds. I looked for months to find this and it was well worth the time. Thanks for sharing such a beautiful condo.

WOW Where to start???The condo is absolutely beautiful. With four teenagers in tow we had plenty of space, the kitchen was great with all the appliances you could possible need. The balcony has the most amazing VIEW ever and absolutely huge! We took an amazing day long fishing trip and caught giant snapper, so large we were throwing back the seven pounders! Our kids para-sailed right outside the condo. The people in Gulf Shores are so friendly and we felt very safe. The owner of the condo was so very helpful and I can't wait to go back!!!Why would you ever leave the United States???

This condo wins the Gold Medal from us. We have stayed at six different units, and physically visited 50+ in both the Destin and Gulf Shores areas in the past five years. This is our very favorite. The interior of the unit is well appointed, and the balcony furniture is very comfortable (superior to others with this same floor plan.) The living space flows well and is conducive to entertaining guests. We were particularly pleased to be able to offer our guests an ocean front facing from the second bedroom, and both guest rooms have private baths. Very nice floor plan, and about a 220 degree view from the 500 SQ FT balcony allowing an unrestricted view of both sunrises and sunsets. Leaving the door cracked allows the sound of the surf to rock you into a sound night's sleep. Yeah, you bet we will be back next winter.

The Lighthouse Condo is the perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Gulf Coast. Our familys first trip to Gulf Shores was an excellent experience thanks to our wonderful accommodations at your beautiful and spacious condo! We spent much of our time on the awesome deck just relaxing and taking in the gorgeous sights. We especially enjoyed watching the formations of pelicans float gracefully over us. Wow! What a great place to spend time with our family on vacation. We have stayed in many luxury resorts, suites and condos around the country and truly felt that these accommodations were the finest. Although elegantly decorated, it was far warmer and inviting than any place we have stayed in the past. The condo unit is designed with areas that are great for dining or enjoying each others company as well as bedroom/bath areas that gave us each our privacy. We created many memories while overlooking the ocean and enjoying the evening sunsets on the spacious wrap around balcony. We loved falling asleep each night with our bedroom door open just enough to hear the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. This is definitely the place to be if you want to go to relax and feel pampered at the same time. We are already planning to reserve this unit again for future trips with family and friends.

This Lighthouse Condo was the perfect stay for my family and I. We enjoyed relaxing out on the 70 foot wrap around balcony overlooking the ocean. The view was amazing. I have stayed at many resorts and this view and the decorating of the condo itself far outweighed any other places we have stayed. It was a very relaxing vacation and definitely a memorable time for my family and I. We will definitely be back as the owners were definitely nice to work with and make sure their guests are 100% happy with their stay at the Lighthouse Condos. Thank you.

Splendid accommodations! My husband is a firefighter and I'm a librarian and we are rebuilding our house after losing the downstairs in Katrina. We wanted a place to gather for Thanksgiving with two of our grown children(the third couldn't make it) and so I carefully searched the listings to find the BEST place possible. This condo is very classy and comfortable. The views of the Gulf are spectacular from the huge balcony(that has comfortable furniture too), the master bedroom, guest bedroom and the great room. The decor has a Mediterranean old world feel to it- very classic. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious...dining table seats six comfortably with room for four more at the bar. We watched the sunrise and sunset every day. We also enjoyed the CD player in the great room and TV's in each room. The jetted tub in Master suite was very nice as well as the hot tubs on the first floor. We definately felt like we were in a second home. We've stayed at many condos on the Emerald Coast and this was the best yet!!
