You will feel your in the tropics rich chocolate colored Florida home. Beautifully landscaped and plants galore! Including Bird of Paradise plants. You could sit all day watching exotic birds fly in and out of these fabulous trees.
This home is beautifully decorated with bright tropical colors. Every bedroom has television/cable. Two of the bedrooms done with children in mind. From Mickey Mouse with a Mickey Mouse television and video games. To a Princess room with lavender mosquito nets, ballerina and castles on the walls. A Cinderella television to keep that magical feeling in dreamland.
Master bedroom king size bed, is colorful with it's own walk in closet and bathroom. Master bath is done in the colors of the sea and tropical fish. Master gives access to the Lanai and pool. Where you will find a ceiling fan and gas grill. Your private pool overlooks the golf course. Giving the enjoyment of open space and solitude. Home also offers a game room with electronic basketball game, air hockey. pool table, two bikes with helmets, hoola hoops, jump ropes, toys for the wee ones, tennis rackets,and so much more! Best thing is this home is tucked away from traffic and noise. Home has just been renovated. Not because it's old, being a woman I just didn't like the decor. So now it feels like our three bedroom only with warmer colors. Picking a home is important but location is more important. If you don't want to be stuck in traffic, this home is for you. Will be 3.3 miles from Disney's Gates and can be traveled mostly by back roads. This is one of the closest homes to the parks. Home is in allotment with many amenities, tennis courts, play area (video surveillance), community pool, picnic tables, and walking path.
Our home has a open floor plan and you will never feel left out when in the kitchen. Pool can be seen from the dining room, kitchen, and Master bedroom. Our homes are so clean and updated. We take care of our own properties. If you have a problem we have a problem. Won't need to worry that there will be someone there if needed. Anyone can take Pay-Pal (not insured), licensed, insured, bonded (held to a higher standard to provide a home. Have credit card terminal meaning we needed to pass credit checks, and be bonded. You will never stay anywhere else and we will be friends for life!

Why the Owner Chose Indian Ridge Oaks
There is so much to do in the Kissimmee area. We love for our children to have a variety of things to do on holiday. We love Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, cruising from Port Canaveral only 45 minutes from our homes, Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach 45 minutes, dinner theaters, boating, fishing, jet skiing, golfing, Casino boats from Cocoa Beach, Bush Gardens 55 miles, parasailing, shopping, helicopter rides, air boats through the Everglades, Gatorland, sun and fun. We are centrally located to be able to do all of these things in less then an hour from our lovely home. Disney World is only 3 miles from our home. Which is crucial for going back and forth with traffic. Anything over 4 miles from Disney World, will cause delays with traffic. I'm on vacation, and do not want to waste one precious minute in traffic. Tell my clients may stay once to save a few dollar off of 192, but will never do it again! Our time is precious, and vacations go too quick. Stay close and have fun!
The Unique Benefits at this House
Staying in private home gives everyone a vacation. We love having a private home we don't need to share with thousands of people! We all have our own TV's, bedrooms, private pool, gameroom, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer (waiting in lines for my clothes, and paying for them yech!), wanting a drink is a no, no, at public pools, reading a book well forget about it with all the noise. Plus, I don't want to sleep in the same room with the children. Let's not forget adults are on vacation too! Staying in a hotel or condo when our children need to rest. We are stuck until they are ready to go again. In a private home put them to bed. Dad and Mom are laying on there rafts, soaking up the Florida sunshine! Now, this is what is a true vacation is all about!

We love for our children to have a variety of things to do on holiday. Both my husband and I work hard. So we love to play hard!
