Why the Owner Chose Other Fort Myers Beach Properties
We chose this duplex after looking at about 20 building because of it's location and how much room each unit has.
The building had no damaage after huricane Charlie pass by. Nature light throughout. the island is a great place to be, plenty of sun and fresh air.

This is a large roomy duplex, each unit is about 1500 square feet, mid island location and quiet
neighborhood. Full bathroom downstairs with shower so after a day at the beach it's nice to rinse off and go upstairs to relax

Hi my name is Ed, my family has owned the duplex for 4 years and have enjoyed every minute we have spent there. The mid island location is great for going to Fort Myers or Bonita Springs. 30 minutes to RSW airport. The place is great, the kids love it. Plenty of space for everyone.
