This is our second year staying at Serenity Cottage. The name is perfect! The pictures posted on the site give a very good depiction of the cottage. The color scheme is lovely, very relaxing. We enjoy sitting on the screened porch, reading, enjoying a glass of wine or just napping in the afternoon. The location is ideal! Just a short walk to the beach....and a wonderful bike trail that takes you as far as you might like to ride along 30-A. The cottage is just far enough off the road to miss any sounds of traffic. The cottage community is a quiet retreat from some of the busier resort areas but close enough to visit/shop/dine. This year we found some new spots to enjoy that we somehow missed during our last visit.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The proximity to the pool was great and the walk to the beach not bad at all. The cottage was very neat and clean and beautifully decorated. We love the location too, since we enjoy being in a less crowded area, but still just a short drive to restaurants, shops and attractions. We hope to stay there again soon!

Serenity cottage was a total pleasure for my family last summer. I had 2 teenagers and a senior citizen and everyone had a fantastic time. The beach was so beautiful and the view from the top of the stairs gave us some great photos to remember. We spent every sunset on the beach and every morning driving down to the other communities for coffee. The cottage was fantastic, especially the master bed, so comfortable. My mother and I loved sitting out on the screened in porch, an overall great experience!!

Our family stayed at Serenity Cottage during the summer of 2010. Everything was as promised. It was clean and well stocked with what we needed to prepare meals. It was convenient to the beach and pool. Our extended family family rented other cottages in the development but we felt like our cottage had all the right touches to make our vacation the best it could be. Kim was so helpful during all the confusion related to the gulf oil spill. We will definitely be back.

Thank you for renting your beautiful cottage to us. We had a wonderful weekend. The community and beach were beautiful. Serenity Cottage was so cozy and a pleasure to stay in. That was our first trip to the panhandle beaches -- hope to go back for many more!! Thank you again.

Thanks so much for the use of your house. We had a lovely weekend! The weather could have been better, but we all enjoyed being together regardless. The house is beautiful! Very relaxing -- hope we can do this again next year.
