Lovely Condo in a secluded resort community that is just a short drive from all the Lake Erie attractions. Beautiful sandy beach access!! A large sandbar make this the Perfect place to swim in the lake and play in the sand or have bonfires at night and roast marshmallows!!
This is a two bedroom, one bath Condo. The lower level has a living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa and nice furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar for eating. The upper level has a charming loft, great for family gatherings during the day and easily converted to night time use in the evening. The loft room offers plenty of light with a picture window looking out at the Lake, a queen-size sleeper sofa and a queen futon with an extra thick mattress. You will enjoy a 32 inch flat screen TV with DVD, Cable, and a Play Station II with games, including Guitar Hero!! The master bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed with lovely linens, sky light and cable TV with DVD player. The bathroom has plenty of room with a washer and dryer. The patio is right off the living room with nice patio furniture, looking out at the marsh and Lake Erie.
Condo comfortably sleeps 8 adults. You are welcome to bring additional children under the age of 3. Pack-n-play provided.
We offer a 30 foot boat dock for fishermen and boaters, boat charters available on the grounds and fish cleaning stations. We are located right by Wild Wings Marina, only 12 minutes from Port Clinton and the Jet Express Ferry to Put-in- Bay and the Lake Erie Islands, 30 minutes from Cedar Point and Indoor Water Parks, Camp Perry shooting matches are 7-8 miles away. Excellent location for hunters or bird watchers..only minutes from Crane Creek Wildlife Preserve and Magee Marsh Wildlife Area.

Why the Owner Chose Oak Harbor
Water Ways is our home away from home! We love to escape and go to the lake for some rest and relaxation! We chose Green Cove for its close proximity to all of the Lake Erie attractions, while still retaining the quiet resort community atmosphere! We enjoy the convenience of being so close to the marina and boat launch and having so many wonderful beaches to chose from! The kids love to go up to the lake, playing in the water, swimming in the pool and romping on the playground.

"Thank you so much for all your help and allowing us to stay in your lovely condo. The weather was great and we so enjoyed the lake and the lake breezes! We did much exploring in the area from Cedar Point to Kelleys Island and to Marblehead and the lighthouse. Thanks again for giving us some family time and making our planning so easy!"

..." However, I was most impressed with the attention to detail in your condo. You have made it so welcoming. The kids enjoyed the legos and the castle. I was surprised at the myriad of DVD's available to watch. We loved your decor, especially the picture of knots upstairs. And the kitchen curtains are just so cute! It is evident that much love resides in your condo. I was so impressed with how well the condo was stocked. We found condiments, sugar, coffee, foil, baggies, ice. There were plenty of cups, glasses, plates, pots and pans. The towels were plentiful and soft. We enjoyed all of our meals on the picnic table outside, and found a table cloth. You should write a book about how to stock a rental property for guests. We had a memorable vacation with times shared that will be talked about and laughed about for many years. Thanks for providing us the venue for our memories."
