Located in the popular Kaanapali Resort area (Just 4 blocks to the beach (1000 yds)), our legal TVR, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two story, ocean view home offers great comfort and privacy. This spacious home, contemporary with beautiful wood, vaulted ceilings, overlooks the ocean toward the beautiful island of Lanai and neighboring Molokai. Within a three to four block walking distance to Whalers Village and the famous Kaanapali hotels, you can visit Dig Me Beach, shops, and great dining. The world famous Kaanapali Golf Course surrounds this location and large lanai's and Aloha spirit all makes your family vacation more enjoyable.

Tired of hotel or condo accommodations while visiting Maui? We recently opened our home to share with you a more private and peaceful experience. The house will make you feel right at home and provides lots of room for the big family get-together or special events when larger accommodations are necessary.

The home is fully furnished and the galley kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, blender, and all kitchen utensils. Also included for your convenience are salt and pepper, assorted spices, plastic wrap, foil, baggies, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher soap, and lots of extra bedding and towels.

The home will comfortably sleep eight people with a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, twin beds in the third bedroom, and a full bed in forth bedroom.

The home has three LCD televisions with remotes, one in the living room with DVD, one in the family room, and one in the master bedroom with DVD. The home has room air conditioners, stereo/CD player, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, gas barbecue, broadband Internet service and wireless, phone answering machine, and extra hangers all make your stay more relaxing. The two lanai decks offer full 180 degree view of West Maui waters and Lanai, Molokai vistas. The home is approximately 2500 square feet and the interior is decorated in Hawaiian motif with pieces of artwork displayed for your enjoyment.
Plenty of toys include snorkle equipment, boogie board, floats. 2 sets of golf clubs, 2 mountain bikes, kid sand toys and baby stroller.

                    Walking in the door of this beautiful house, we felt immediately at home. The owner "walked" me through the home over the phone, pointing out everything we needed to know to have an enjoyable stay. This house was spacious and comfortable for our family reunion of 8 adults. The highlight was being able to all sit at the table out on the lanai for dinner just about every night with the sunset in the background. Thank you Bruce for a wonderful place to enjoy our family vacation.

                    We stayed in this great Kaanapali home for 9 days. I can't say enough about the location, which is literally across the street from Whaler's village. The owner has equipped the home with everything you need. Not only is the home well stocked with linens, utensils and extra toiletries, there are beach toys, bikes, mats and umbrellas for tenant use. Staying here gives a more "local feel" to your vacation. If you want to avoid the masses at the hotels but still stay in the direct vicinity of Kaanapali, you can't do better than this. I would highly recommend this home for families are large groups. Thank you to the owner Bruce.

                    This was our first experience renting a home for vacation. We were very happy with the accommodations provided. Bruce was very responsive to our inquiries and I appreciated his walk through of the home on our arrival. The location is very good in that it is within walking distance (approx. 20 minutes) to the beaches, and close to grocery stores and shopping in Lahaina. The beach supplies (mats, towels, snorkel gear) were nice to have thus saving the expense of renting or purchasing these items. It was nice to know air conditioning was available but it was never needed due to the home being designed to cool by air flow. The large dining room table was great for seating 8 adults and the lanai's provided plenty of room for games and conversation. I would recommend this home if you're interested in staying in the Kaanapali area.

                    We really enjoyed our stay in this private home. We came for my daughters wedding and our adult children my wife and mother inlaw stay here for the week. Very nice accommodations for 6 adults. This is built as a real Hawain home with great cross ventilation. Really never needed to use any of the air conditioners. The large back yard, hammock and new large barbeque came in handy. Good description of location and photos helped us choose this home. Clean well maintained home, owner was very helpful before during and after. I would recommend this rental. Being near some of the best beaches on Maui, most with in a short walk was a real plus for us. If you like people watching it's near by but then back home your away from the crowds. The view of the ocean was really nice and the other homes were quite and well kept.

                    Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

                    We had such a great time here and fel very comfortable with our two little kids in this house! Bruce (the owner) was very hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean and comfortable with an amazing lanai offering a place to relax and great whale-watching. We saw tons! We would definitely return!

                    Our family of six adults and two young children enjoyed a fabulous week here during the Christmas holiday. We loved the house. Its location on a quiet street so close to the beautiful beaches made for an incredibly relaxing seven days. The beds were comfortable, there was lots of room for all of us to be together or to find some occassional solitude, and the outdoor spaces made us feel as though we were on our own personal island. It was so easy to work with Bruce. His generous offer to let us check out later in the day as our flight out was in the evening was greatly appreciated. We would certainly stay there again!

                    We stayed at this great home for the 2nd time in two years. Had an even better time than the first. Everything you need is here. Very comfortable for our family of 7. Many beautiful nights grilling on the deck, relaxing as we looked out at the beautiful view of the ocean.. Thanks Bruce for making it so easy to rent your beautiful home. We have some of the best times on vacation at your place.Looking forward to coming back very soon. Even better, my son proposed to his girlfriend on this trip.                     We visited Maui from April 19 to May 3 with four generations. We had absolutely everything we needed to make every age group comfortable and happy at your home. We loved the open air concept of the home and spent many hours on the lanai and in the back yard. With our van we were able to go to a different beach everyday as the house was located so close to all of them. Bruce you were amazing at answering all our questions and providing us with information about the house and area. We will definately return and recommend your home to everyone.

                    This is a great house for two families with young children. There is a nice yard to play in and it boasts a quiet location near everything. We were delighted to watch the humpback whales from the lanai and enjoyed having the beach equipment, extra towels and everything we needed to feel right at home (laundry, kitchen supplies and etc.). The master bath has a great shower/bathtub.The photos of the indoors do not do it justice! I would definitely recommend this house!

                    Perfect fit for all seven of us. Our family vacation was long awaited. When we arrived at our "Maui house" it felt like home! Everyone's favorite space was the lanai. The photos show it well. We also enjoyed the yard with the hammock. The proximity to Kaanapali Beach worked well. It's a nice walk in the morning. Thank you Bruce for the helpful walk thru upon arrival. We will be back

Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions. 4. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 5. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $300 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. d. All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked. e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. f. No linens are lost or damaged. g. NO Early check-in or late check-out. h. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, the security company employed by My Company. i. The renter has no more than the number of people originally contracted staying in the house as checked by our on-site manager. The normal maximum is 8 people (including children,babies). 6. PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 45 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, paypal payments, cashiers checks or personal checks payable to Holomakani, LLC, 1282 Shasta Ave, San Jose, CA 95126. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date. 7. CANCELLATIONS – A 5% fee is applied to all cancelled reservations. A forty-five (45) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than forty-five (45) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded less the 5% cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 45 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. If the rental is rebooked for the cancelled rental period, a prorated refund will be provided. 8. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS - Monthly renters must cancel sixty (60) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least sixty (60) days prior to check-in. 9. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per rental is limited to eight (8) persons. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A FOUR (4) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. 10. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than four days, the guest will be charged the four-night rate. 11. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. 12. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional rate. We have laundry facilities for handling your daily linens and beach towels. If towels are lost or otherwise left un-useable, you will be charged a replacement fee. 13. RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice. Rates can be changed until booking is accepted. 14. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. 15. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. 16. HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY - No refunds will be given unless: a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or b. A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered, b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and c. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period. Guest acknowledges and understands that each and every guest or guardian is solely responsible for any property damage, accident, injury or loss sustained to any person while in residence and neither the Agent nor the owner accepts legal or financial responsibility. Guests and guardians, assume all risk of injury or other loss resulting from a recreational activity and will hold the Agent and Owner harmless with respect hereto. Guests hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Holomakani, LLC, employees, officers and/or the property owner harmless from any claim, including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way a result of the guests use of the premises or items therein.
