This is a great house for two families with young children. There is a nice yard to play in and it boasts a quiet location near everything. We were delighted to watch the humpback whales from the lanai and enjoyed having the beach equipment, extra towels and everything we needed to feel right at home (laundry, kitchen supplies and etc.). The master bath has a great shower/bathtub.The photos of the indoors do not do it justice! I would definitely recommend this house!

Perfect fit for all seven of us. Our family vacation was long awaited. When we arrived at our "Maui house" it felt like home! Everyone's favorite space was the lanai. The photos show it well. We also enjoyed the yard with the hammock. The proximity to Kaanapali Beach worked well. It's a nice walk in the morning. Thank you Bruce for the helpful walk thru upon arrival. We will be back

My sisters and I and our husbands vacationed in this great house. We were pleased with the location which is central to everything. The house is located in a neighborhood just off the highway. We loved the feeling of being more secluded. The master suite is spacious and has beautiful views. The other bedrooms are downstairs and in close proximity so privacy is an issue if you are not traveling with family. We loved the large living room and decks. We were not crowded in the least. We also appreciated the availability of beach chairs, umbrella, towels etc. It is an ideal home for families and we will definately go back!

What a beautiful property! The property was well stocked with beach towels, snorkel equipment, beach mats, cooler, etc. The property was clean and well-maintained. Great location- close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, snorkeling and groceries. The views from the 2 decks were stunning! Loved the master bath shower- it felt like you were taking a shower outside!:) Plenty of room for our party of 7. Enjoyed snorkeling at beach by Sheraton in Kaanapali and at mile marker 14. Enjoyed shopping in Old Lahaina, eating at Kimo's, eating shave ice and gelato!!!! Loved Kimono Bakery in Macawao- it's worth the trip!!!:) The road to Hana-beautiful!! We did the sunrise bike tour up Mount Haleakala-didn't see sunrise due to rain, but had a blast!! Also did ziplining-awesome!!! Wish we could have stayed longer- so much to see and do. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family.
Owner response:Great clients. Our house is well suited for families or 3-4 couples. great locations, lot of room. Mahalo

Our Family (including 2 granddaughters son/daughter and their spouses 8 in total) recently stayed at this large conveniently located house in Kaanapali. It had everything you could want in a vacation rental including snorkel equipment, bikes, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, including gas BBQ on the deck. The view was excellent with binoculars you can see the whales come out of the water and it was close to everything. It is well maintained with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. I would recommend it for anyone wanting a great place to stay on Maui! It made our vacation stay "Priceless"! Mahalo!
Owner response:Wonderful people especially families stay with us. We try to provide a beautiful setting for family and multiple couple stay. Thanks and We hope to see you again. We appreciate your comments. Aloha

We rented this house for our wedding. It was perfect for the family. Everyone had their own space. The fully stocked kitchen was a big help in allowing us to cook our own meals every night which helped us save a lot of money. Bruce was extremely helpful and a delight to talk to. All of the extras around the house were awesome as well: mountain bikes, boogie boards, hammock, etc, etc... This is the perfect location too. It is not far from everything: quick walk to the beach, short bike ride to Lahaina, and centrally located for all there is to do in West Maui. We had such a wonderful time and will always remember this house being such a great place for the family to be for our wedding! We would recommend staying here as it is such an ideal house rental when staying in Maui!! Much, Much, Aloha!!
Owner response:The house is so wonderfully located just above the Kaanapali beaches and shops with ample rooms for wedding parties and families with grandparents and multiple couples. Thanks for staying with us. Aloha

We were recently in Maui for my son's wedding and rented this property. This property had everything we needed and more. The descriptions listed were very accurate as well as the pictures. The owner spent about 45 minutes with me on the phone when I arrived explaining all the details and amenities of the house. The owners of have thought of and provided everything a vacationer may need. The house was very clean and well maintained and very comfortable. The location was great-so close to Lahaina and Kaanapali. The beach is also very close as well as shopping and restaurants. We were very pleased with our stay and would love to visit again. Thank you so much for letting us use your beautiful home.
Owner response:Loved having this party stay with us. We are always pleased with our staff making the house ready for our guests. Aloha and come again.

My wife an I finally went ahead and got married in Maui this past summer and needed a place to host our kids/family of 7 while we stayed at our Kanapalli Timeshare. And we found the perfect house just .5 miles away from where we stay on the beach. The house had everything you could want, big equipped kitchen, GREAT outdoor Grill on the deck (we had two great barbeques out there for 9 as we watched the sunset), snorkeling equipment, nice views, beautiful sunsets and most importantly HUNDREDS of towels! A very nice comfortable place to stay for the family , and just a 10 minute stroll down to the beach and Whalers Village. This worked perfectly for us. Also, Bruce the owner was great to work with.
Owner response:Thanks for your comments, they are always welcomed. Aloha

We had a group of 6 in town for a wedding, and this home was great. Lots of space, big living and dining rooms, nice grill on the deck, and less than a half mile to the beach. The owner was very helpful and gave us lots of suggestions on good beaches/restaurants/activities in the area, and the house was stocked with tons of useful stuff-- beach towels, snorkeling gear, golf clubs, and a lot of spices and condiments for cooking. Everyone had a great time, thanks Bruce!
Owner response:Family vacation - really took advantage of location and house. Everything perfect for them. Aloha

Our family's home rental experience in Kaanapali exceeded all our expectations. The setting couldn't have been more convenient and perfect with ocean views of the Kaanapali area from the porch and dining room, all in the lush, upscale area around the golf course. It was a seven minute walk down to the Kaanapali beach area where the beach, food, dining, and specialty shops were at one's fingertips. The home was clean and very nicely appointed and was well equipped, from full kitchen equipment to snorkeling gear in the garage, plus three cable TV's and wireless internet. Internet speed is about that of dial up all over the island of Maui, so don't expect to stream movies. Susie, the on site manager was helpful and answered several questions we had in person and had good tips for sightseeing and restaurants. Extra linens and ample towels were provided, even beach towels. We had comfortable rooms for seven people, including three cousins from Sweden who were very taken with the house and the area. The owner, Bruce, was always available to answer questions on his cell phone from the mainland. This was a lovely experience which we certainly would repeat with pleasure. Richard, Gail and family

Thank you again for the use of your spacious home. My sons, their girlfriends and myself had an amazing vacation centered around this quiet cul-de-sac home with its great lanais and the visiting chickens in the yard. We sampled various beaches, snorkeled, hiked, kayaked, and went deepsea fishing. The beach chairs, coolers, and boogie boards were used often! It was wonderful having all of the outdoor equipment available. The kitchen was well stocked: we had everything we needed to grill on the lanai at the end of the day. We frequently strolled down to the ocean side walkway and Whalers' Village for evening entertainment. This comfortable home was a great choice for a family.getaway! Bruce made the reservation process painless: we definitely want to return. Mahalo Charlene and family

My family (including 2 sons and their wives 6 in total) recently stayed at this large conveniently located house in Kaanapali. It had everything you could want in a vacation rental including 4 sets of snorkel equipment, bikes and a fully equiped kitchen including gas BBQ on the deck. It also had lawn furniture, beach chairs and towels and even a portable hammock to sleep in the shady areas. The view was excellent and it was close to the highway (and therefore everything else). It is a little older but is well maintained with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. It had three older but usable sets of golf clubs should sweating be your game. I would recommend it for a larger group to keep expenses down. We had a great time. Oh did I mention full laundry facilities. A car is really nice for shopping and sightseeing but you can walk to the beach and hotels in about 10 minutes.
Owner response:Thanks for your stay and review. It is always welcome .

I have to say, the initial thought of vacationing with 6 kids & my new girlfriend was a little scary to say the least. When I arrived in Hawaii & driven through the beautiful Island to our vacation getaway, I was thrown from reality into a inter-dimensional paradise. The house set-up & size was so perfect, I have no other way of explaining it. I loved the large lanais on the main floor & the master suite with it's seperate double vanity & shower rooms was so amazing, not to mention the heavenly comfort of the queen size vibrating bed. It was so much more than any 5 star hotel could ever offer. I thoroughly enjoyed the fully equipped kithcen, cooking breakfasts & dinner was a perfect way to have our family connect while on vacation instead of the awkward silences & invassiveness that restaurants offer, our family was able to be comfortable & speak freely with each other, which by the way, was one of my best memories ever. All in all, the house provided us with the perfect atmosphere to conduct our social experiment. Thanks for giving this family what every family deserves. A fully enjoyable, relaxing & memorable experience. I pray that one day the 8 of us will be able to return to your heavenly abyss to escape the hustle & bustle associated with hotel vacationing, & create another perfect social experiment. :) <3

Our family of 8 loved our stay at this home! There was plenty of room for everyone, plus other nooks for reading and relaxing. It was great to have snorkel gear for us to use, along with the boogie boards. The home is well located near the beach but away from the crowds. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and other supplies, and we did lots of cooking and eating! If/when we decide to return to Maui, this home will be at the top of the list! It's a great value with very helpful owners. The Stallard family 12/10

This home sets 4 blocks in back of and above the massive condos that line the beach, yet I can still hear the waves at night! No claustrophobia here, so much space and a yard to come home to. This place has everything including the bikes and boogie boards. Every window looks out on the ocean or greenery. Quite private. It was still nice visit the resorts (a 7 minute walk )for some meals and the rental of paddle boards, kayaks and boats. I am hoping this jewel of a find will be availalable next year. No doubt it will be discovered soon.
Owner response:Wonderful guest and last minute booking. Glad everything went well. I see comments like this in our guest book after each stay. Nice to get it publicized and linked to VRBO. Mahalo Robin.
