This beautiful Victorian home is located one block from Lake Michigan's white sandy beaches and one block from the heart of the quaint town of Frankfort. This home, so named the "Peaceful Palace", is filled with love and beautifully decorated with all its Victorian charm. The front porch with its wicker furniture and porch swing is a great place to sip your tea and enjoy the view of the picturesque giant trees that line Forest Avenue.
There are four bedrooms, one down and three up. Upstairs there is a king, double and twin bed rooms. Downstairs there is a queen. There are two full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The new kitchen with a lovely bay window overlooks the back deck that has a gas barbeque and two tables and chairs which makes it a great place to entertain. The kitchen has new appliances. The family room is an extension of the kitchen and a great place for watching TV. The family room has a queen-sized hide-a-bed sofa. There is a formal dining room and formal living room with a gas fireplace to cuddle by and read a good book.
Through French sliding doors is the sunroom. A three-sided glassed in room that allows inside viewing of Forest Avenue, lined with the beautiful majestic maple trees that Frankfort is known for. There is also a wicker game table for those nightly card games and a sofabed and chair. Outside the sunroom window is the Pee Wee Palace, a small replica of the Peaceful Palace made for just the little people in your life to enjoy. There is an enclosed side porch with a table long enough to seat ten. Great for those large get-togethers or family games.
