Enjoy yourself in this clean, recently renovated, ocean-view, two-bedroom condominium on South Carolina's Pine Lakes section of Myrtle Beach. The beaches in this area are not crowded and the water is very clear and inviting. Since the condominium complex is located on a residential stretch of beach it is not congested and amenities are located within miles of the condominium (with public transportation very accessible). The condominium complex provides ample parking around the condominium units.
The unit is light and bright and sleeps up to six comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and its own bathroom. The second bedroom has a double-size and single bed. A couch in the living room converts into a queen-size bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils and has recently been updated with a microwave, stove, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with an ice maker.
Two shared pools are located on the property and there is a hot tub at the end of the unit. Washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor. Linens are provided. Beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, and board games are available for your use.

We had stayed here two years ago in '09. The condo was great! Then we decided to rent it again this year... To begin with the kitchen floors were very sticky and had to be mopped twice to make them suitable to walk on. In the master bedroom you had to be in the shower to turn it on which was not pleasant. In the 2nd bedroom the beds were very uncomfortable so we decided to try out the sleeper sofa. It was even worse! They were all very hard and lumpy. The bathroom towels were HORRID!! After using them we were wearing lint for hours! The decor in the condo was mismatched, but it wasn't horrible. On the deck there were only two normal sized chairs and using them you are eye level with the rail. Tall chairs and a tall table are needed for the deck. Two nights we had noise issues. One night it was across the street at the other hotel and the other night it was in the condo building people roamed the halls for at least 30 min. around 12:30 AM and security had to tell them to go to their condo. No toilet paper or dishwasher tabs were provided either.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers.

My children and I stayed in this condo 7/31 - 8/7/10. I found it to be nicely decorated, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen has everything you need when cooking. The beds are very comfortable, with the exception of the pullout bed. The pull out is a bit lumpy. You can see the ocean from the porch, nice view. The condo is located at the back end of the building, but is a short walk through the parking lot and across a street (which is just local traffic) to the beach. Just outside the condo is a nice hot tub, and there are two outdoor pools with a sundeck. Most activities and attractions are within a short driving distance. Some beach supplies are available for your use, which was nice. We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this property to everyone who prefers staying in a condo over a hotel. You would not be disappointed.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
