Less than two blocks to the beach on the west side of Rt. 1 with easy crossing at controlled intersection. This updated beach house is less than a mile to the town of Bethany and 5 miles from Ocean City, MD. Ideal location for a family-oriented vacation. Sleeps twelve comfortably.

There is a fenced-in yard to hold animals and children from the canal and road. Recently re-furnished living area, sun porch and bedrooms as well as a modern kitchen. This home is very family friendly.
