One of them features a wonderfully updated bathroom retaining the character of the period with a claw-foot tub. The other master suite (or guest quarters) is very spacious, private, and has a separate entrance.
Built in 1925, this beautifully restored adobe hacienda is a Historical Landmark known as the Charles Pressley Estate. One of the few original provincial Spanish Colonial Revival style homes, in this one of a kind beachside neighborhood, the Mesa.

Gleaming oak floors shine throughout the interior of this lovely home, with beautifully restored wood beams in the living and dining rooms. The entire home has the traditional thick walls and high ceilings of an adobe.
Gorgeous pecan cabinetry graces the gourmet kitchen, complete with Viking stove and oven, built-in refrigerator and freezer, Beaumaniere Limestone counters, oversize sink, and a beautiful custom hood decorated with imported tile and copper accents.
