This spacious 1500 square foot villa has a fabulous private deck view of the #8 fairway of George Fazio Golf Course. Fazio's is one of three golf courses in Palmetto Dunes which also boasts of an outstanding tennis center with over 25 courts.
Updates completed in January 2012 include kitchen granite, flooring and new cabinets, master bath tile and paint, downstairs bathroom granite and paint. New HD 42" TV was added in the living room, and both bedrooms have new TVs.
The unit contains a king-size second floor master bedroom with a television; two twin beds on the 1st floor second bedroom; a second floor loft; and two queen size sleeper sofas. A full size bathroom is located on each floor. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all full size and nicely equipped. The deck off the living room has outdoor furniture to enjoy watching the passing golfers and beautiful view of golf course. A locking outdoor storage area is attached for your golf clubs, bicycles and beach supplies.
This unit offers high speed wireless internet access.
A large free form pool and children playground are only steps away from the unit with the ocean beaches less than a 10 minute walk away.

I am recently retired from the Graphic Arts Industry. I live in North Royalton, Ohio,and am an avid Browns fan (unfortunately) My hobbies are golf, skiing, biking, cooking, and racquet ball. I have 3 children living in Southern California and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I have one friendly cat. I am looking forward to retirement for travel and golfing. Hilton Head has the best golf courses!!

I choose this villa for its beautiful location located on the 8th hole of George Fazio's golf course. The view from my deck is spectacular and relaxing! The beaches close by are fantastic to bike on as well as to bask in the sun! Hilton Head has every thing for the family.

You can enjoy swimming at the Turnberry pool, and biking throughout Palmetto Dunes. I especially enjoy biking on the beach down to Harbor Town inside Seapines. The golf courses on Palmetto Dunes are always perfectly maintained and are challenging. The restaurants are one of the highlights of Hilton Head. This is the best place to relax and enjoy family and friends!

My family has stayed at this property many times and when I ask the kids where they want to go on vacation we always return! It is very cozy and comfortable. I look forward to using the updated kitchen this year and cooking some great meals. It is one of the most relaxing vacations I have ever been on.

We had a great time in Hilton Head renting your condo. Your condo was actually better than you described or the photos show. The vaulted ceiling and abundance of windows really give the unit a bright, airy feel. Plus, being and end unit gives a great panoramic view of the golf course. Being at the center of the island gives ready access to resturants and shops at either end. The condo is located in a nice quiet area of Palmento Dunes which also makes the walk to the beach scenic and enjoyable. The rental management company was friendly and help, and we found your unit neat and clean. We hope to return in the near future and would recommend your condo to any and all.

I've been at this condo 4-5 times, a couple times with my daughter. The location is quiet and away from the noisy beach crowd, however, close enough to the beach to bike to it. The view from the patio is wonderful and the internet connection reached out there so I could use my laptop while watching the golfers or winding down with a glass of wine. I liked the ease of renting bikes from the vendor listed on the property description. Biking to the Dunes House for the beach access or lunch was really easy. Nice private master bedroom upstairs with loft and master bath.

All descriptions of this lovely property were very accurate.the condo was clean and well maintained located in a lush vegetation eviornment. Dealing with the owner was a pleasure as he was very accomodating to our special needs and concerns. The golf was outstanding, the beach refreshing and the proxsimity to class restraunts in abundance.We most certainly will make this property our destination a few times a year.

The condo is light and airy, with, being an end unit, windows on two sides. There is a great golf course view, overlooking a Tee, water hole and a green. Two great access points to the ocean which can be walked to if desired.

This is our second year renting Bruces' townhouse. We love it. The view of the golf course, the neighbors, the closeness to the beach, Alexanders' Restaurent, General Store etc. Beautiful sidewalks to bike on, free parking at Disney, close to grocery stores. Plus we could bring our dog. We stay for a month so you know we love it. Son and daughter-law may rent next year before we arrive. Oh, not to forget, a lovely salt water pool and play area for your children or grandchildren. We have been coming to Hilton Head for six years and I personally think Palmetto Dunes has the best beach of everything.
