Built in 1998, this recently redecorated 1804 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condominium is located on the upper levels of Canyon Run in Avon, CO and is directly accessed from an attached garage. The upper level is comprised of 2 bedrooms, 2 private bathrooms and a laundry room. The master suite’s river view, vaulted ceiling, king sized bed, flat screen TV and DVD, and large walk in closet create a feeling of spaciousness and luxury. The attached five piece private bath overlooks the Eagle River and includes a soaking tub, separate shower facility, toilet closet, and two sinks. A full size washer dryer room is located off the hallway separating the master suite from the guest suite. The guest suite includes 2 twin beds, another large walk in closet, an attached bathroom, flat screeen TV and DVD.
The ground floor includes a large living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, attached garage and an outside deck. The gas fireplace is surrounded by a leather sofa and love seat and takes advantage of the southern exposure to Eagle River and the Colorado mountains. A flat screen TV and DVD are available in the living room as well as the third bedroom which inclues a single over double bunk bed. The fully equipped kitchen contains all necessary utensils, appliances and house wares to add to the convenience of your stay. Park your car in an attached large one car garage and with climate controlled access to the accomodation. The two community hot tubs overlook the Eagle River and are only steps away from the unit.
As for Canyon Run's location, after a short 5 minute stroll along the river's bank, you can enjoy a Starbucks and snack from the Columbine Bakery. Walk to the new Westin gondola or take a 5 minute complimentary ride on the Avon Shuttle Bus to Avon restaurants and shopping, and the 40,000 square foot Avon Recreation Center with indoor pool, water park, and fitness club.
