This custom decorated condo features Tommy Bahama furniture and plush appointments throughout to include custom paint, wall to wall carpeting, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, wireless internet and flat screen TVs in the living room and two bedrooms. Everything has been designed with your comfort in mind. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters and Cuisinart appliances. The rich wood, rattan and leather dining table seats 6 and there is room for three more at the breakfast bar. There is plenty of room to relax in the living room with two warmly inviting sofas (one of which is a Queen sleeper) while watching your large HDTV with DVR/VCR combo. Or venture out onto your large, over-sized 7th floor balcony and take in the never ending view as you relax on the two loungers or enjoy drinks and dinner at your outdoor table. At the end of the day, sink into your Kind master bedroom with private bath and access to that marvelous balcony. The other bedroom features a Queen bed, and there is a second full bathroom in the hall. Both bedrooms feature flat screen TVs with DVD players. In a city full of condos, Emerald Isle 704 is a true gem!
Emerald Isle:
One of the nicest condominium complexes on the Gulf coast, Emerald Isle Resort and Condominiums boasts covered Parking, a gorgeous pool outdoor pool as well as an indoor/outdoor pool, a sauna, 2 hot tubs, a steam room, and an exercise room. There's even a pool pavilion with barbecue grills. They truly have something for everyone.
The Emerald Isle condominiums are located right in the heart of Panama City Beach.
Panama City: You will also stay busy during the heat of the day. Panama City offers wonderful restaurants, great shopping (Pier Park and Frank Brown Park), championship golf courses (Bay Dunes Golf Club and Marriott Bay Point), and great movie theaters. The kids will enjoy various amusement parks, putt-putt golf, and go-cart tracks.
Emerald Isle 704 is located at 17545 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach, Florida 32413. Rates include everything except Florida state sales tax, a $45 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), a small house cleaning fee of $75 and a linen fee ($25/bedroom and $10/bathroom) - which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap. Optional trip insurance is recommended and may be purchased through my website.

My name is Kevin Wendelburg. I am a property owner, a real estate investor, and an Alabama real estate agent committed to 100% customer satisfaction. I started RelaxontheBeach in 2004 because I knew that the vacation rental/property management business in Gulf Shores needed a complete overhaul. I purchased my first beach house in the early 2000's and immediately listed it with one of the larger property management firms in town. While I was thrilled that the house rented as well as it did, I was not happy with the draconian commission structure, poor cleaning standards, and slipshod maintenance.
I began to advertise and manage my property on my own and I doubled rental revenue in the first 24 months of owning the property.
Neighbors took note. I received phone calls. I received emails. How in the world, they wondered, was I able to generate so much traffic? Every weekend there was a car in my driveway. "Simple" I said, "treat every customer like family."
The personal touch makes all the difference. Our potential guests are personally greeted by a knowledgeable representative. Our quality control director takes pride in the condition of all of our properties and ensures that our thorough cleanliness standards are met. What a wonderful vacation! Property was just as described and the appearance was as shown in the pictures provided on this site. It is conveniently located and within walking distance to several restaurants. And, watching the dolphins from the balcony frolic in the Gulf with my morning coffee was an added bonus! The owners of this property were a pleasure to work with and we WILL request this property for our next visit to PCB!!!!
