This stylish vacation home is located in the premier gated community of Destiny East.
An open floor plan allows you to prepare your meals in a spacious gourmet kitchen while viewing a large-screen HDTV in the central living area or watching the children play in the backyard pool. The gourmet kitchen includes top-of-the-line, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. A desk area is equipped with a computer connected to the internet via high-speed access.
Each bedroom has a TV/DVD player in addition to the TV/DVD/Entertainment center of the central living area. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an entry to the back patio. The master bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower for two and a large Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom has a "bunk bed" arrangement that will sleep four. The second and third bedrooms share a full bath. The fourth bedroom or "nanny suite" has a separate entrance and includes a queen-sized bed, kitchenette, dining area, and full bath.
All homes in Destiny East access the beach via a tunnel that runs under the road between our development and the ocean. Our home is located close to the neighborhood entrance and from there you follow the sidewalk a short distance to the tunnel. Once through the tunnel (length of a two lane road) you follow the sidewalk up to the beach and a fun restaurant and bar. The rental of our home includes a four seat golf cart for rides to the beach or club house. Even without the cart it would be a short walk.

We spent a wonderful week in Casa La Paz! The house is very beautiful and yet very cozy! The home was perfect for stay in meals, quick trips to the beach on the provided golf cart, and playing in the private pool on the patio! Tom was so easy to communicate on any questions that we had before the trip and answered all our questions! We hope to get to come back and spend another week here next year! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home and neighborhood with our family!

We've been coming to Destin every Summer for years now and we always rent a house either in, or around, Destiny East. This year was especially nice as Tom, the owner, was just a real pleasure to deal with before, during and after our visit. The house was beautiful (the pictures don't even do it justice) and the location within Destiny East was perfect. Walking or riding to the beach was a snap. Any issues (very minimal) arising in the house were attended to immediately and with a smile. Our kids and family friends enjoyed the pool every morning, noon and night. And is was kept spotless by a pool crew that came weekly. Tom, thanks again for sharing your home with us. We will be back! The Kravitz Family Dallas, TX (Go MAVS!)

This is a great home for a family vacation or for a couples/friends retreat. The layout of the home is ideal for families & grandparents as well. It is decorated very nicely and has very comfortable bedding. The 4th bedroom is great as a separate suite (if needed) or just for time away from the crowd. The October weather is always a beautiful time in Destin where you can enjoy your own private pool (which is nice & sunny) or any of the many amenities of Destiny East. Casa Da Paz is so convenient to all of these amenities and to the beach; but if you don't want to walk there is a golf cart for your use. You are also within walking/cart distance of several nice restaurants. We just love this area!!!! We have stayed in this area for over ten years and know that this is a very quiet neighborhood where you can feel very safe, comfortable, and secure. You can't go wrong in renting this home for your next vacation. We plan to visit again!!!

Wonderful House! Our family of 4 along with our friends (family of 4)visited Casa da Paz during the first week of June 2009. The house is beautfil, spaceous, nicely decorated and clean. The layout was great and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking necessities because with 4 kids it is hard to go out to dinner a lot and we do a lot of grilling out. Furthermore, having the pool in the backyard was an extra bonus for the kids. The house is perfectly located to the beach (a very short walk) and to the neighborhood pool. The golf cart was great. We just had a wonderful family vacation at Casa de Paz. Your home was just perfect. Every detail was thoughtful from the comfortable furnishings, pool/patio, and golf cart, to the little things such as kitchen utensils and computer with internet access. We had all ages in our group from babies to kids to grown kids...and everyone loved it. Thank you and we'll definitely be back! June 2009.
