Come enjoy your "Home Away from Home" in the beautiful gated community of Sunset Lakes, Kissimmee. Our Executive Villa has a perfect location, close to Disney, close to restaurants, close to shopping, close to everything!
Our game room features an arcade motorcross game, fooseball table, and 8ft. pool table.
This four bedroom, three bath vacation house easily accommodates one or two families. Relax in the poolside master suite that includes a king size bed, a large bathroom with double sinks, large shower and separate garden bath tub, and a LCD Cable TV.
There are two bedrooms that share a "Jack and Jill" style bathroom, one is our "Kids Suite" which features a Disney theme with a set of bunk beds and an additional twin bed, 20" TV and Wii Video Game System, the other bedroom has a Queen size bed and LCD Cable TV. There is an additional Queen bedroom with a Cable TV and with a private bath as well.
Our home is beautifully furnished throughout and includes all linens. The full service kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils for you to enjoy meals at home. There is also a washer and dryer should you need to do some laundry.
The private screened in heated pool will be enjoyed by all! Take a mid-day break from the summer heat at the Parks and cool off in your own pool. Then return to the Parks in the cooler evening hours when the crowds thin out. You are less than eight minutes to Disney property, and we will show you a little known short cut that will put you in Disney in no time. Sunset Lakes is conveniently located in Formosa Gardens right off of Rt. 192 just 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport.
This villa is our vacation home too. We assure you that it is kept up to very high standards and you will feel like you staying in a home, not a rental property.

Why the Owner Chose Sunset Lakes
Location, location, location! Our family has been vacationing in the Disney are for 25 years. Our first experience with renting a private vacation home was when our children were 3 months old and 3 years old. We loved the convenience of being able to return from the parks in the middle of the day for naps, everyone having their own bedroom, and kitchen for meals.
Sunset Lakes was not our first choice when looking for a home, but after visiting the neighborhood we knew that the quiet, peaceful surroundings of this community was truly unique from the surrounding neighborhoods.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We have made great efforts to make our property feel like a home away from home. Many of the remarks from families who stay with us comment on the home away from home feel of our house. We decided to call it "Ohana House" beacuse "ohana" means family as quoted by Lilo of Disney's Lilo and Stitch. It is our hope that our family vacation home will feel like your family vacation home.

Our visit to Orlando was perfect staying at the house and it was everything and more. Very close to Disney and Carrabba's! The house has alot of room and everyone in our party was relaxed and comfortable! The kids loved the gameroom and all of the games on the xbox! Thank you for a great time!

The home was amazing and we really enjoyed everything about it. My family and my sisters family were very happy with our decision to stay at the Ohana House. I would stay here again if I visit Disney and I would recommend the home to family and friends.

Two familes fit very comfortably in this house. We were 4 adults and 5 children and there was a bed and bathroom for everyone. At stay at a local hotel would have cost us double what we paid to stay here. The house was very clean and well decorated. We were able to enjoy many meals here before heading to Disney saving some money. Michelle, the owner, provided excellent directions and was able to answer all of our questions. The best thing about this house was that it is closer to some of the Disney parks than their own hotels and there are plenty of restuarant choices all within a couple of minutes. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Disney.

Great house, and great location. Close to all the Disney parks, shopping, and dining. Pool was a wonderful amenity to help deal with the hot and humid summer days. House was in immaculate shape, with big kitchen so that you can eat in sometimes. We had two families of 4 and plenty of room. Great spot for families with little ones, and teens. Game room was fun - in the evenings, just too hot and muggy during the summer days. Owner was awesome and quick to respond to issues. Would recommend this as a great alternative to the ordinary hotels, and a better deal.

We had a great stay at the Ohana home. It was very close to the Disney Parks and thx to the "short cut" we were able to avoid the tolls! There were plenty of shops & a variety of food places to choose from. The home was perfect for our family of 5. The pool, xbox, dominos, and converted game room in the garage kept my kids occupied when we had down time. We would gladly stay again.

Terrific...great for our family of 8. Beautiful home and so close to the Disney parks. Loved the pool, the game room, and the layout of the house. Our kids wanted to spend as much time at the house as at the parks! Thank you!
