I recommend this condo highly. The owner answered every question and was there for every need. It was everything it says it is. Loved the view and the pool. I loved all of it and would love to go back. Even left something there and he mailed it back to me. That made a big difference to me. Thanks for a great week. the condo had everything we needed.

Absolutely terrific! We stayed in this rental the last week of Aug. 2011. The week before we were scheduled to arrive was the same week that Hurricane Irene became a threat to the Carolinas. Kim was great about keeping us updated on conditions at the resort & without his assurance we would have probably cancelled our trip. We are so glad that we didn't! The weather was in the high eighties without a drop of rain for the whole week. The unit was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. The view is unbelievable, and I would have to say that it may have been better than the view we had on the previous two cruises we have taken. The resort is very nice as well, with a great little cafe for breakfast or lunch. I would definately recommend this rental to my friends and family, and if we return to Garden City I will definately be renting this exact unit if possible.
