When we arrived at Sunrise Beach Villas, we were greeted by the pleasant staff in the main office. It was such a pleasure to meet friendly locals after a long day of traveling. We were also very relieved to learn that we would receive daily housekeeping service, since we bears tend to track in a lot of sand on our paws.
Once we checked into our condo, we were extremely pleased with the cleanliness, spaciousness and overall comfort. It was going to be a great home for our getaway.
After a brief 'paws,' we left to check out the two pools on the property, along with Viola’s Bar and Grill and the amazing beach with turquoise waters. And believe me – there is plenty going on. From jet skis to massages, I knew I was going to be a busy bear during this trip! We also enjoyed exploring the nearby Atlantis hotel and marina. Although it’s geared mostly toward families, they were very welcoming towards bears, too.
We could 'bearly' believe that our Paradise Island getaway had to come to an end, but we have a slew of memories to cherish for a lifetime.

Date of review: Dec 20, 2010 Just back from my 3rd trip to this wonderful resort. This time we had 22 people in 3 condos and everyone had a wonderful time. We take full advantage of the condos and bring much of our own food and drink so that we can stay close and enjoy the pool and the beach without having to go out for all of our meals. Condo's are well stocked with cooking supplies and even a blender for making those island drinks. We took full advantage of the beach, the pool, the hammocks and we rocked Viola's on a nightly basis. The rooms were great and the staff was very helpful, beds in 208 were like sleeping on a cloud. Will definitely be back again, could not ask for a more relaxing vacation. Be sure to check out the massages offered on the beach

"Paradise on Paradise Island”I stayed at SRBV in May (2008) for 5 days... The place was great. I would recommend this place to anybody."Perfect"Just returned from SRBV and this is the place to be if you want to really relax and enjoy some awesome uncrowded beach/pool time... Would I recommend this hotel to my best friend?absolutely! “Great vacation spot with baby”...What a fantastic place - the fact we had a seperate bedroom meant our baby wasn't in with us!!The pool right outside our door was fabulous ...Cannot recommend this accomadation highly enough...“What a great place”...What a great vacation. Our family vacation was excellent, two kids aged 18 and 16 and both my husband and I had the best time...There was something for all of us, we visited the Atlantis however we were always happy to get back to Sunrise. We were so sad the day we had to leave...

I stayed at Sunrise Beach Villa in July 2006. The Villa was beautiful, weather perfect, and beach secluded. The staff was very friendly and helpful with activity planning. It was great to have a bar and restaurant on site. It is centrally located and easy walking to shopping, dining and the Atlantis Casino.
