I stayed for 6 weeks and loved every minute of it. If you are looking for a crowded beach with people trying to sell you things then this is not the place to go. If you are looking for a beautiful clean and safe beach that you get to enjoy hassle free then i strongly suggest you come and visit Lyn and Bill. They were very helpful in getting me familiar with the area and always willing to answers my questions. Other then that, they did there thing and i did mine. Very safe and friendly area.

Owner response:Darin was a wonderful guest. While here, he caught several Sierra fish and we all enjoyed Seviche for a Thanksgiving appetizer. What a treat for all! Our policy is to help when we can or when asked, without being over bearing. This is your time to relax. On a side note, after almost 20 years of living in the area, it is time for us to return to the States. We will protect your investment should you be a guest when an offer comes through. That is a firm promise.

besides the great location next to a safe, clean and empty beach, the owners were extremely helpful to us to ensure we could have the best trip. they helped us with everything we were interested in doing, and we did a lot in a short time. snorkeling, ocean kayaking, four wheeling and just hanging out at the beach and on the deck. they have very nice dogs, that for us made us feel even more at home, as we were missing our own. very safe, comfortable and clean. drinkable water and a well appointed kitchen. and hosts that could and would answer any questions you need to help with your stay.

Recommended for:Girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

We had a wonderful stay in the casita at Bill and Lyn's. They were helpful hosts and also gave us our space. the casita was very well equipped. It had everything we could need. We went on to stay in two their casitas on our trip to Baja and I can't say that the others were as well thought out as this one. We would definitely come and stay again.

Bill and Lyn were the epitome of unobtrusive hospitality. The location is ideal for explorations of the cape. Your hosts are a fount of information and Bill is a great source for fishing. Chica the dog will keep you company; she always shows up for cocktails.

We were very happy with the accomodations and especially the two sided patio/deck area where each day we enjoyed a fabulous view of the waters. the hosts were very very warm and friendly so living that close to their home was justa bonus. They have a darling little dog named Chica that loved to go for walks. It all just was relaxing and quiet... more then we expected.

My wife, daughter and grandson spent a wonderful week there in April. The apartment was perfect for us. Bill and Lyn are gracious hosts and their dog, Chica is a delightful bonus. We hope to do it again...

Stunning! A beaufiful spot and on one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen! The pictures on the site don't do this tropical paradise justice. A plus was that we brought our 3 year old and found that the tranquil and warm waters of the Sea of Cortez were perfect for her, no waves in the summer and the water is clear and clean. Our hosts provided us with every convience, were helpful and yet non intrusive. We highly recommed this bit of heaven and will make it an annual event! Thank you to our hosts Lyn and Bill

We stayed here and had a fantastic time. Bill and Lynn were very helpful and offered great suggestions for stuff we could do with our kids. The space is really well appointed and everything was very well maintained. The location is also excellent.

Lyn & Bill were super hosts and the location near the beach in Buena Vista was beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the swimming, snorkeling and watching the fishing boats passing by. Being the very first people to use this lovely brand new unit was a special treat.
