The Club House at Solana provides high speed internet access with a number of computer terminals available for guests use. Or choose to sun yourself as you meet other guests around the heated community pool and spa pool.
Kids of all ages will want to stop at the video games room, or play at the video arcade while you lie out by the large sparkling swimming pool and watch the little ones have a ball in the splash area tot lot. There is a putting green to help you shape up your game...or send the energetic ones to the soft-sand volleyball court or the soccer pitch. There is even a sundry shop in the reception area if you run short of sun block or need a drink and a snack!
"Disney Palm Villa" is ideally located next to the Solana Club House, so you can walk across the street to enjoy the state-of-the-art fitness room. Clubhouse amenities include, high speed internet access, video games and a community pool where you can relax and meet new friends.
This elegant and spacious six bedroom, five and a half bathroom vacation rental pool home sleeps up to 14 guests, and is tastefully decorated. Quality furnishings throughout let you know you are staying in a home, not a house!
The spacious family room, which overlooks the pool area, has comfortable sofas and a love seat, with an entertainment center with a 52 inch cable TV and DVD player.
Outside, there is a heated private, screened, and sparkling clear pool with a raised bubbling spa pool where you and your family can splash around, laze out in the warm Florida sunshine, or sit in the sumptuous sun-loungers and soak in "the rays".
The pool deck is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.
Sleeping accommodation at Disney Palm vacation home includes three master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, dressers, nightstands with lamps, telephone, radio/alarm, 24 inch cable TV, walk-in closets and a spacious en-suite bathroom. The one master bedroom in downstair has a roman tub with walk-in shower.
There are two junior bedrooms with twin beds, 22 inch cable TV, nightstands, lamps, spacious closet and ensuite full bathrooms. Finally, the sofa in the upstairs den and family room can be converted to a sleeper sofa as required.
The Downstairs consists of: One Master Bedroom with full bathroom, Family Room with 52 inch Cable TV, DVD, VCR; Spacious Living room area, Formal dining area, Breakfast Nook; fully equipped Kitchen; Game Room with eight foot pool table, Half Bathroom and a Laundry Room with washer and dryer.
The Upstairs consists of: two Master Bedrooms, two Twin Bedrooms, one Den, One Loft area. Four Full Bathrooms.

We just got back from a wonderful birthday week for my 4 year old at all the Orlando parks. We rented this house which was everything we hoped for and more. Very close to the airport & parks. We enjoyed being able to have a place to call "home" for the week that wasn't a hotel. The owner & management were very responsive to any issues and we will be recommending this house to everyone we know visiting the Orlando area. Thanks again for a perfect week!

This place was fabulus.We had great time.The kids had so much fun, that they weren't ready to leave.I recomend anyone that's going to Florida to stay at the Disney Palm Villa.This is a great place to vacation at.

AWESOME!!!! Everything about this villa was great! It was so clean and comfortable, I would recommend anyone to stay here. The kids loved the gameroom and the clubhouse being right across the street. Just Perfection!!!!
