This is a lovely home for a vacation. Our family has spent a week each summer here for the last 4 years and we already have arrangements for this summer as well. It is located in Empire and within walking distance to Lake Michigan as well as shopping and restaurants. It is also only a very short distance from Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park. The house is very spacious and accommodates a large family well. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We particularly enjoy sitting on the front porch swing in the evening after a full day at the beach. The home is always very clean and nicely decorated. We look forward each year to a great stay at this really wonderful vacation spot.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

I have visited beautiful Empire for the past five years and have stayed at this cottage for the past three years. It is spotless, beautiful, open, airy and so close to the gorgeous Empire beach. The owner is very flexible and easy to deal with, there is plenty of space for my family to spread out and the yard is a really good size. I would recommend this cottage to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation in a quaint town.
