The beautiful, recently remodelled condo (in April 2007)is located in sunny Poipu, the dryer side Kauai. From your own private lanai, you can enjoy the gorgeous views of sunsets and the sweet sound of the ocean. Watch the sea turtles play in the cove just outside your living room. The snorkeling out the glass sliding door off the kitchen and living room is some of the best on Kauai. The warm sand on the cove's beach, only steps away, will invite you to relax and take a rest or read a book. If you are looking to catch some waves, the surf is only a short paddle away!
The condo (#103) has one bedroom and one bath, a living room, dining room and a complete kitchen with center island. The living room and dining room has floor to ceiling glass with unobstructed views of the ocean. Open the sliding door and fresh ocean breezes will gently blow into the living areas of the condo. The living room also has internet cable to hook up your laptop and work or browse the internet while listening to the sounds of the ocean and watching the turtles play.
The kitchen is fully stocked with any cooking supply or serving dish you might need. It is fully equipped with a microwave oven, stove, blender, toaster, coffee maker . . everything and anything you might need for making your own meals while watching the ocean.
You will find a comfortable King size bed in the bedroom and ceiling fan to keep you cool at night. There is also a full size sofa-bed in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements. The extra clean bathroom has a tile floor and bath/shower. The bathroom is stocked with clean towels and toiletries.
This strictly nonsmoking condo has everything you might need plus you are as close to the ocean as you can get without actually swimming in it! |
