  My wife and I stayed here for nearly a week for our honeymoon. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and has fantastic views of the water and of the old walled city. The location is perfect - with a five minute walk to the old city and situated back from the main road enough making it very quiet and peaceful. The patio is a wonderful place to watch the sunset. We had an incredible time in Dubrovnik and this apartment is one of the reasons why. If you are planning on visiting to Dubrovnik we highly recommend this apartment.

  My Girlfriend and I stayed in this apartment Oct 1-16, 2012. This place is the best location in Dubrovnik. Clean, close to the beaches, close to the Old City, and away from the cruise ships and crowds. I prefer this unit to anything I saw within the city walls because of the ocean breezes that come through the open windows. The Old City doesn't get the pleasant breezes rolling in from the Adriatic because of the city walls. Great terrace to watch the sun setting over the Old City too! Other units nearby had obstructing trees or buildings, or many more stairs to climb. This unit is just perfect. It was everything described. We will be back!

  This apartment is in the perfect location and only a 5 minute walk to the East Gate of the old town. It has a stunning view - exactly as the picture in the posting shows. There is a great beach and beach club (where you can pay to get a lounge chair and umbrella if you choose) only 100 meters away. It is very spacious with high ceilings and a nice layout. It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well equipped. There is also a wash machine available for use. We received perfect instructions/directions to the apartment and it is quite easy to access (have to go up a few flights of stairs). The only thing we missed, is that there is no wifi in the apartment, which would have been nice for our 5 night stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this apartment.

  Only 10 minutes walk from the City walls and 1 flight of traditional Croatian steps leads you to the apartments terrace with just fabulous views of the city walls, beach and islands. The terrace is shared with another apartment and a local lady who though appeared not to speak English always welcomed us with a smile. Be careful not to use her washing line though! Another flight of stairs leads you to the spacious apartment, everything you need is there, immaculately clean and with efficient air conditioning. Very much a traditional apartment in fixtures and fittings but comfortable and an oasis in a lively and bustling tourist city

  Location is everything in Dubrovnik, a very steep city with the old town at the bottom next to the sea and the rest of the town climbing a very steep hill. Fortunately, Vera's apartment is right at sea level just a 5 minute walk from the old city. A supermarket and bakery are 3 minutes walk so the apartment location couldn't be any better. Beautiful view from the apartment towards the sea and old town. Air conditioning works great, very important in the hot summer. The apartment itself is spacious with all the necessary amenities. There are some stairs to climb from the street to the house and then Vera's apartment is on the second floor. For Dubrovnik, this is very few compared to many other places where you could easily climb one or two hundred steps. The apartment is very quiet and relaxing. There is a balcony one floor down, nice in the evening but a little too exposed during the afternoon sun. All in all I strongly recommend this apartment. Just remember that a '10 minute walk' could be a grueling climb on the way home. Vera's apartment is in an excellent location.

  We stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks and loved every minute! The location is amazing. The apartment has an amazing view and is super close to the beach and Old Town. With the amount of stairs in Dubrovnik you want to be close! The bottom line, the place was very nice, spacious and clean. The price was right and location ideal. We plan to stay here again! :) PS Visit Banje Beach Club, it is awesome!

  My family and I had a great time staying at this apartment in Dubrovnik. The apartment was just as the photos indicated. It was well maintained, clean and a pleasure to be in. We arrived on a sunny Saturday afternoon. We made our way up to the apartment, went inside, immediately opened up the window shutters and there was that beautiful view of the Adriatic. Walking to/from Old Town was very convenient. Having now been to Dubrovnik, we realize the apartment is on the best side of Old Town - away from the noise and traffic and people arriving at the Pile Gate from the cruise ships. There was a Konzum market just down the street where we bought our food and drink. There is also a small bakery three minutes down the street where we bought fresh pastries and bread. We definitely would recommend this apartment.

  5/5.Absolutely Sublime! We have been staying in this apartment for 2 weeks and have no regrets that we booked it. Due to our lengthy stay, we were able to explore this beautiful city and concluded, there is no better place to rent in Dubrovnik. (Please do not make a mistake and book in an Old Town or something like ... only 250 steps... from ...) This location is unbeatable – their best hotel Excelsior is one street level down, 5minutes walk to their best public beach, 8-10 minutes walk to the old town. A view from windows or terrace is breath taking- in fact it was the best place in town to watch the firework on the 10th of July, which is an independence day for Croatia. It is funny, but true that adjacent house was selected to host the European presidents for celebration of an Independence Day. Through windows, you will see a beautiful Adriatic Sea, an island of Lokrum, various elegant cruise line ships and privately own yachts. The Royal Clipper mega yacht was there every week. Inside of apartment: lot’s of space, tastefully decorated, all appliances were working, TV with numerous channels, fast speed internet, clean and crisp linens and really comfortable beds. The owners of this place are trustworthy. If we were to rent in Dubrovnik again, we would pick the same place at the heart beat! Due to nature of my work, I travel constantly and have been staying in a numerous upscale and sometimes luxury hotels, worldwide – and this place was BETTER for me as I hope it will be for you and your family! The location is perfect - right next to the public beach, a close walk to the Old Town, and with amazing views of the water. It was so fun to be able to see the apartment from the city walls, and from the water on our kayaking excursion to Lokrum island. The AC works great, washer-dryer is really handy to have for a longer trip. The table and chairs on the patio were where we spent many of our evenings, drinking wine and enjoying the sunset and the amazing weather. Highly recommend a stay - it's a great place to come home to after a day of walking around the town and lounging at the beach. Directions to the apartment were easy to follow and restaurant reccomendations were also quite good! Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
