The location is perfect (just a 5 minute walk to old town), and far enough away from all the tourist action to make it far more relaxing. The beach is really close (a two minute walk) and excellent. The apartment was well furnished and the building has a great old feel to it with high ceilings and stone staircases. The big outdoor patio was nice for sunset cocktails and snacks as well. Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

It was so fun to be able to see the apartment from the city walls, and from the water on our kayaking excursion to Lokrum island. The AC works great, washer-dryer is really handy to have for a longer trip. The table and chairs on the patio were where we spent many of our evenings, drinking wine and enjoying the sunset and the amazing weather. Highly recommend a stay - it's a great place to come home to after a day of walking around the town and lounging at the beach. Directions to the apartment were easy to follow and restaurant reccomendations were also quite good! 5/5.Absolutely Sublime! We have been staying in this apartment for 2 weeks and have no regrets that we booked it. Due to our lengthy stay, we were able to explore this beautiful city and concluded, there is no better place to rent in Dubrovnik. (Please do not make a mistake and book in an Old Town or something like ... only 250 steps... from ...) This location is unbeatable – their best hotel Excelsior is one street level down, 5minutes walk to their best public beach, 8-10 minutes walk to the old town. A view from windows or terrace is breath taking- in fact it was the best place in town to watch the firework on the 10th of July, which is an independence day for Croatia. It is funny, but true that adjacent house was selected to host the European presidents for celebration of an Independence Day. Through windows, you will see a beautiful Adriatic Sea, an island of Lokrum, various elegant cruise line ships and privately own yachts. The Royal Clipper mega yacht was there every week. Inside of apartment: lot’s of space, tastefully decorated, all appliances were working, TV with numerous channels, fast speed internet, clean and crisp linens and really comfortable beds. The owners of this place are trustworthy. If we were to rent in Dubrovnik again, we would pick the same place at the heart beat! Due to nature of my work, I travel constantly and have been staying in a numerous upscale and sometimes luxury hotels, worldwide – and this place was BETTER for me as I hope it will be for you and your family! This condo has everything you can hope for and a little more. It was spacious for our family of 5. The beds were so comfy and bathrooms big and beautiful.The garage is a big plus especially after the snow storm:-) The condo is in Newpark which is only 30 minutes to the airport and 10-15 minutes to Park City skiing. There is a shuttle available from airport and to Park City so you don't even need a car. You can also find all kind of restaurants,shops and entertainment like bowling and movies in Newpark. There is even Tanger Outlet stores on the other side of the main road! The skiing is exceptional in Park City and yes, it's the best snow in the world.

Fabulous location and well resourced apartment. Gorgeous views and very close to the old town. Directions were good. Only downside is the property doesn't have its own balcony. The area on the shared terrace for this apartment requires leaving the apartment and going downstairs to it, and there is no shade so it can't comfortably be used until sunset, and the furniture is aluminium chairs & table (no sunshade) so gets very hot and is unusable during daytime (is also starting to buckle with sharp edges). But everything else is wonderful.

Everytning was better than advertised. My family and I had a great vacation in Dubrovnik. Location is unbeatable for exploring the city and beaches. We hope to return there next year.

This apartment was fabulous! The location was absolutely perfect and exactly what we were looking for. From our front window we had incredible views of the Adriatic Sea and of the old town. We were only 2 minutes from the beach and about 5 minutes to the Old town. The apartment was clean and comfortable and fully equipped with everything you could need. I would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for three nights.I would do it again.This is not a 5 star hotel,but is a great place for a family, or friends to spend several days in a wonderful spot, and to use it as a base, to explore.The only draw back to the apartment is the steps. Im in my early 60's and it was " fun " getting the luggage to the flat.Other wise it large and well layed out with everything you will need.

The apartment is beautiful...the view, the location, the modern conveniences that don't compromise the charm of the building. Comfy beds, neat, clean and tidy living space, nice to have a washer/dryer available, and appreciated the simple walk into Old Town. We took a bus tour to Kotor and Budva, Montenegro, and loved it, but loved more coming home to the little oasis of our apartment. Ferry and swim to Lokrum a must. Thank you for sharing your beautiful spot with strangers!

Arranging accommodation over the net carries with it a certain amount of risk (and trust). With this apartment in Dubrovnik, there is no risk. Three of us (my wife, myself and our friend), stayed there for three days commencing 18 September, 2007. The apartment is tastefully decorated, well equipped, comfortable, clean and very well located for sightseeing, eating out and shopping. The views both day and night, out over the water and the old town were sensational. It was very easy living. Our family of five stayed for a week in July 2007 and had a wonderful time. The view really is fabulous. The beach and the walled city really are a short walk away. Bedrooms are very spacious. The kitchen is well set up, with appliances like a dishwasher and microwave that are not normally included in European rentals. The kids really appreciated the internet connetion and satellite TV. We highly recommend the apartment and the fabulous city of Dubrovnik.

The apartment was truly spectacular. About 80% of the pictures we took on the trip were from our window. The beach is just a few short steps below the apartment and the old town in less than 10 minutes walk away. The apartment was clean, newly decorated and had all of the amenities we needed. And the location was perfect. A quick walk into town for drinks at night or to hit the market in the morning. It was a wonderful holiday and we will definitely be back. Thanks.

The apartment was better than advertized. A large, clean, newly redecorated 2 bedroom apartment in the perfect location. We were just a 5 min walk from the gate into old Dubrovnik and just about 3 minutes to the beach. An added plus, most of the area outside of the old town is up steep stairs or streets, this apartment is on the first floor of the building (european 1st not american 1st) and only 1/2 flight off the street. The views of the old town and of the harbor and sea were beautiful. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend the apartment to friends.

This was an apartment, which exceeded our expectations! My husband & I came to Dubrovnik, hoping that it would be beautiful. When we saw, it was a fairy tale city, that was more beautiful than we could have imagined. The apartment is in an excellent location, right across from the nicest hotels & beach in Dubrovnik. The new furniture & flat screen t.v. was great & the painted celings are very pretty. But the best thing is the view from the window, from which we could see the glistening Adriatic by day & night.
