It is situated on a flat, wide, quiet street, less than a 10 minute walk to the lake. It is also walking distance through the lovely, family-friendly community of Agate Bay to the Sun Club, which in the summertime features a pool, hot-tub, snack bar, and tennis courts. The closest beach is one of the few remaining dog-friendly beaches on the lake. The house has a light-filled open great room with nice furnishings and hardwood floors. Large decks wrap around three sides of the house for ample outdoor grilling and chilling opportunities. The three bedrooms come with down comforters and nice linens. Distances: Brockway golf course about three miles away, casinos about 8 miles, Tahoe City six miles and Kings Beach three miles.
